RMS Contractor's motto is "We start, we stay, we finish". Richard and his crew live up to that. From the day of the estimate to the final payment the job was well considered and well managed. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up well. I am very eased with my new metal roof.

They never called me back and forgetful. Never took measures to get square footage. So how do they give me their estimate? I told them I'll look elsewhere.

I am SO happy with the work ! Two jobs during very hot weather. Both projects needed a lot of work -- they turned them into showpieces. I highly recommend Rick and his crew. I simply couldn't be happier with the driveway and my stone patio.

Rick and his crew are amazing! They saved my old Victorian home from sinking and took on a challenge that to me, seemed scary and overwhelming. RMS Contracting included me in every aspect of the repair and explained the steps involved in jacking up the house and fixing the foundation. I had almost given up hope after two years of trying to find a contractor to address my structural issues. That is when I decided to go to Home Advisor and found RMS Contracting. They were a life savor! Now with the piece of mind that my foundation is secure and the house is structurally sound, I am able to move forward and remodel/update the home with none other than, RMS Contracting. These guys work with you, are courteous, share there thoughts/ ideas (which I found helpful in decision making) and clean up along the way. They truly are amazing!!!

When a Horrific windstorm hit our neighborhood this past Tuesday, it collapsed a 100yr old Maple on our Bunk House roof and blew off quite a few Tile from the main house roof; which resulted in us taking on water in several areas as well as present dangerous conditions for our neighbors if the tree were to shift. In all the chaos, I think I must of called 20-30 contractors of various specialties. I had left mesgs, talked to owners, sent emails, ect., RMS was the one and only contractor, besides 1 Tree Service Co. That called me back and was there the same day. After reading the reviews on HomeAdvisor, I knew we found our crew. Even though our project is just beginning, I'm very confident that its going to be smooth and as painless as possible with Rick and his crew. While assessing the damage to our Terra-cotta Tile roof, they noticed my gutters were completely clogged and flooded. They did not hesitate to quickly dive in and fix the problem immediately, which would of taken a whole afternoon had I been forced to add it to my chore list. I thought that was pretty AWESOME, being that at this point we hadn't even hired them for the job yet. GOOD PEOPLE and I look forward to working with them.

Rick and Ed were very professional. Showed up on time stated. Did excellent work. I also discussed future jobs. I will recommend RMS to friends and family.

After calling they told me they were not interested in doing the job. Must not have been a big enough payday for them

I really had a metal roof installed. There were a few things that had to be corrected and they were there to correct them.

Did a great job on my new metal roof. The work was done in the time I was told and did a good job cleaning up after. I would hire them again in the future for other projects I have in mind.

Even though I live a good distance away, RMS showed up on time each day. Rick and his crew were dedicated to doing the job right from beginning to end. They came, they stayed and they finished! I'll be contacting them again soon for a block garage rebuild.

Go over materials purchased carefully at end of job. Some mistakes are to be expected, but unused items should be returned for credit.

RMS did a great job. They helped to install new pipes and drains in my basement for a bathroom which was a very difficult job. Very professional and very reasonably priced. I would recommend RMS to all of my friends and family members.
