Description of Work: Inspected the home I'm looking to buy. He inspected the house inside and out and the out buildings. He looked in every nook and cranny from attic to basement. When I asked questions he answered honestly with his opinion, which helped me make an informed decision. Furthermore he answered in a non-technical response.

He understood that I needed all the help that I could get, since this was my first time buying a house He gave me all of the information I needed regarding contractors, electricians, etc. He helped me in communicating with all of the contractors that I needed. He also told me that I could call him if I needed any further help He follows up with me informing about taking of my home as well. He was just absolutely fantastic.

+ -1 moreAfter initiating my first home-buying process, which can be hectic and nerve-racking, my realtor contacted Precision Home Inspections, Inc to perform a home inspection. I was blissfully unaware of all this that was going on behind the scenes, so when Precision Home Inspections, Inc contacted me to schedule a time that worked for me, I was relieved it was one less thing I had to do on my own. Upon my arrival, Dan Jones was outside waiting for me. We walked all around the house to start. He thoroughly explained any issues he saw and talked me through why they could be problems. After getting inside the house and looking everything else over, we talked everything over again, highlighting the issues he saw - ensuring me that everything he was explaining was going to be documented and sent to me. With the inspection occurring on Sunday, I was extremely pleased to find the report in my mail very soon after (I think it was Tuesday). I called my realtor right away to ask if he needed a copy - and again, to my pleasant surprise, a copy had already been sent to him as well. All in all, as a first time home buyer, Precision Home Inspections, Inc made the inspection process one of the easiest and most stress free aspects of my entire experience.
Description of Work: Precision Home Inspections performed my home inspection (including pest reports). They followed up with the appropriate paper work to both myself and my realtor.
