It started off great, the old unit was removed, they took some measurements, made a great bracket to mount the new fan, and started fabrication on the unit. My only complaint was the time it took to complete. Their earlier appointment ran late, pushing back my appointment and I had other plans for the evening.
Description of Work: the custom range hood that was installed in my kitchen 30 years ago had finally died and was in need of replacement. In order to do so, would mean a new custom vent hood, and that was out of my budget. I called Hyatts and they came right out and looked overthe job and gave me several options. We went to the local home warehouse and bought a new fan and Hyatts was able to customize the existing hood, and install a new fan at a price that couldnt be beat.
