Called them to repair our dishwasher. On the day they were supposed to come (Saturday), they never showed. My wife called them on Monday and they told them they couldn't come until Tuesday. After some argument they agreed to come that day. They showed and had to order a part. Came a few days later to put the part in. My wife used the dishwasher once and then the next time it quit working again. Called them again and left a message on their answering machine. They haven't returned our call. We've been using them for 20 years for appliance repair but I don't think we will again.

Washing machine broke in mid cycle and we called to make a repair. Greeted by a very nice woman who made the appointment. Service tech arrived on schedule time frame and within 20 minutes knew the problem. Two days later returned and installed a used motor under our approval and the machine has worked great ever since.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired washing machine motor. Replaced motor with a used part and saved us $$$.
