I called they were on time early in fact all three times that we had to meet. The job was 100% right when it was done. They explained all that they were going to do and what the cost was. It didn't go over the cost they said it was going to be and they went overboard making sure no smell was left in the house. When I rated them 100% above not kidding.

Storm damage had crippled my Mother's house. Insurance estimates were very low, leaving my Mother few good choices about how to proceed. FireTech worked with the insurance company to provide the correct coverage for damages, and communicated with my Mother every step of the way. My Mother was overwhelmed and did not know who to trust. The crew courteous and professional. The work was done is in a timely manner and with little noticeable interruption to our home.

If something wasn't right I'd call the head guy and if I didn't like the looks of something he would have it fixed right a way. But the only fault that I could find was it took so ding dang long to get it all done.
