Description of Work: Had carpets in our hallway and bedrooms cleaned. It had been several years since that was done and Rob did an excellent job removing spots and overall cleaning.

 + -1 moreRob did an excellent job. Price was very competitive, on time. One of our chairs was very dirty and he said he'd come back to do touchups on it if it wasn't perfect. Once it dried we noticed it was still a liitle dirty. We called him a few days later and he came back to do the touchup and now it's very clean. Nice guy, I'd use them again with no problem.

 + -1 moreAlso, Rob when leaving gave me a booklet of informing me of his company and their policy to inform clients of the service they provided. Also, Rob gave me a free bottle of Spot Out stain remover. This stuff is amazing and is better then any store brand I purchased in the past. I cannot tell people where not to go for carpet cleaning service, but I can tell someone where I went for great service and great work. That is Premiere Carpet Cleaners.
Description of Work: I used Rob Anspach of Premiere Carpet Cleaners 8 weeks ago. Rob was very friendly and explained in detail everything he would be doing to get the job done. Rob also told me that if some stains did not come out, he would come back and give the areas with the troubled spots another application. I used a different cleaning service in the past. This faceless franchise service came into my home zipped around the house and zipped right out, without informing me of what they were doing.
