Description of Work: Took days to return our phone call. Tried to set up an appointment to come to our home for an estimate left message after the first returned call, which took several days to return, it took another several days to get a call back they left a messge; I returned the call the same day to get a date scheduled for the estimate but never received a return phone call. Apparently, they don't need the business.

+ -1 moreJon and his crew arrived right on time. He listened to my concerns about the new walkway and landing. He recommeded corrective actions for the problems we have been experiencing, and proceeded to fix them. The quality of work performed is the main reason Rich, Jon, and the entire Pine Brook Farms crew have been my landscapers for the last two years. Excellent work ethic, caring, and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Jon, and his crew, installed a new front sidewalk for us. They took great care installing the walkway, removing plants to avoid damage and replanting them when the work was completed, and planting new grass along the edges.
