I was pleased when I called the company. I gave my location information and spoke to someone who could give me an estimate of the cost. Due to the broken spotlight out front and not knowing if the light was on or off, we talked about them coming out the next day. He arrived during the timeframe given and was quick to perform the jobs. He was very friendly, professional, and I asked a couple of questions about future jobs. I was very happy with our service today.

I called on Thursday and explained the dilemma I was in with the company I am currently working on with regard to refacing cabinets and appliance changes. The kitchen company did not note a light that is above a new cabinet going into place. I wanted the work done properly so I enlisted the work of Brandon from Wilco to come out and make the lighting change. When I called on Thursday, Jim was willing to adjust the schedule of Brandon to accommodate my limited schedule to have the work done. Brandon was at my door Friday morning and we worked out the appropriate/necessary changes and the work was done!!! Wilco responded to my needs/request within a day! Thank you for your quick response!!

They were really super good. They charged me 3 times more but forget it. It’s really reasonable. He’s excellent when he comes to me.

Had issues on breaker box at 5 am. Called Wilco. Brandon called back. They worked schedule out so that Brandon could be here before noon. He was able to fix problem quickly they are very honest about pricing. Thanks we will use again if needed

When my husband called and explained the job, he was quoted based on the services needed this would be a 3 hour job (maximum time). The day of the service the technician was 30+ minutes late. The technician was so slow that it took almost 6 hours to change 3 lights and replace 3 ceiling fans. No substantial re-wiring or electrical work involved. We supplied all the material except the fan box. The technician was a nice guy but we feel he really dragged the job out to increase the labor costs. He was reading installation directions for the ceiling fans. My thoughts were he probably install ceiling fans all the time. Why was he spending so much time "tinkering" around. The office called his phone at least twice to check the status of where he was with the job. It was apparent they too thought it was taking this guy extremely too long based on the job. The light fixture in the eat in kitchen had to be "centered" by my husband when he got home because it was not centered by the technician and I specifically stood in the eat in kitchen area and showed him it needed to swag to center of the table. My husband fixed this error when he got home. My husband did call the office to discuss the excessive hours spent on this simple , straightforward job. We felt we got just "blowed" off. We are not happy with the way Wilco does business. It appears driving up the cost of a job by dragging out the job for hours is their business model. On March 4th 2014, Joe contacted my husband. After discussion related to the services rendered; Wilco has decided to refund part of the monies we paid for this very simple job. My husband and I appreciate Wilco's efforts to right this situation. We consider this matter to be closed.

This is an outstanding organization from the management team to the electrician's who come to the house. I have used them twice and they bend over backwards to please you; they solve your problems with professionalism and ever trouble shoot when they see a potential hazard. These guys are the best, their prices are fair and competitive, as you can tell, I have been extremely pleased both times I have used them.

An electrician initially came the day after we called. Once we had found the fixture of our choice, we called and scheduled installation the next day. The fixture went into a vaulted ceiling, but the electrician handled it beautifully and was very nice to work with. We received a bill by mail. and felt it reflected our expectations for cost.

Joe White came out and gave an estimate. He was very thorough about the work to be done. We were able to schedule easily and the guys came to do the work. They were extremely thorough of the work to be done based on the estimate. They got to work right away and cleaned up after each project in each room. We are pleased with the work that was done! This was an all day job, the guys worked hard and did a thorough job!

Called just before Christmas when putting up outside decoration lights, because front porch light where lights were plugged in stopped working. everything was tested and the socket was found to be defective. It was replaced and I got the lights up for the season. They were very cooperative on short notice to work this small job into there schedule. Very pleased with the work. I told them I would write a review, but frankly forgot about it till now.

Vince, the electrician, did a great and efficient job. He explained what he was doing and was accommodating and timely.

From getting the quote to having the job completed Wilco was great to work with. They answered all of my questions and provided me with information about my electrical work that I was unaware of. My house was built in 1925 and there were some things with the electric that needed attention. I would recommend this contractor to anyone. Very professional, honest and skilled.
