I received estimates from several other contractors for this project; some were lower and some were higher. However Frank was the only one who spent the time to listen to my ideas and concerns, and then discuss his recommendations for this project. Some other vendors just wanted to order stock furnace and a/c units and try to sell me additional items I did not want or need. Communication and scheduling with Jennifer was a breeze. Frank and his team arrived promptly, they were courteous and professional, got the job done ahead of schedule, and left the work area in pristine condition. Frank walked me through the information I needed to know about the new system and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I could have selected a high volume vendor for less cost, but I would not have had the personal treatment and integrity that I received from this local family-owned business. Another reason I chose Venezia was because they were the only contractor that returned my phone call when my heat went out a couple of months ago. They were able to come out within a day --- and I wasn't even a customer of theirs at the time. I highly recommend Venezia Heating and Air Conditioning.

Outstanding service. We have one particular vendor who is a mega-corporation, and they came in HALF the price of that vendor. The exact same system was used. You can't beat that. They also beat Home Depot's estimate by 40%. The quality was excellent in every way, shape, and form. This was the best contractor I've ever used.
