Very quick and professional

Anthony was very responsive in setting up an estimate and was punctual in arriving for the estimate. He was very professional and the sample photos he showed me looked beautiful. We were upgrading our bathroom to hopefully be able to sell it quicker, and unfortunately had a limited budget due to our home's decrease in value since we purchased. We chose not to use Anthony simply because we got a cheaper quote elsewhere. I beleive his work was superior to who we chose and would not have hesitated to spend more to use him if we were in our forever home.

The gentleman from Tile Crafters and a kitchen/bath remodeling associate arrived promptly for the appt. I discussed what we were looking for in a bath remodel. The current one is old and in poor shape. It needs to be completely gutted. They took measurements and said they'd have a quote emailed to me in about two weeks. It's been three weeks and I've had no further communication. I called Tile Crafters a couple of days ago and left a message asking the status of the quote and requesting a call back. To date, I've not received a call back. I am disappointed at the lack of responsiveness, lack of basic customer service skills and the plain lack of common courtesy. Is it really so difficult to contact a potential customer and let them know that perhaps, 1. you may be delayed in finishing the quote or 2. you are not interested in quoting the job. It is incredibly unprofessional to not let the customer know what is going on. We have another bathroom in addition to this one, a kitchen and a laundry room that we are going to remodel. I can confidently say we will NOT be contacting Tile Crafters for quotes.

His craftsmanship was excellent. His attention to detail was gratifying. He would make excellent suggestions. Rebuilt two bathrooms from scratch.

It all went very well. We had 2 floors that needed to be ripped up. the other quotes we received were double and they weren't going to rip up the old floors. He came and worked tirelessly till it was complete. Very happy with his work.

He is careful, creative, and clean! Would recommend him without reservation.

Tile Crafters does wonderful work as long as it is not glass tile and the job does not involve intricate work. I love the work on the kitchen floor and the foyer floor. For that Tile Crafters gets a B+ - A-. Please note: I just joined Angie's List and the work stated above was done two years ago.

Terrific - Anthony is a true craftsman. He always comes when he says he will, does really great work and is very easy to have in the house - quiet, neat and polite. I described how I wanted my vanity top to look and he took it from there. When the first grouting of the vanity did not satisfy him, he removed it and redid it - at no charge to us. He also made suggestions for how to finish certain things (marble around the window as opposed to tile) and his advice was excellent - it really set off what we were trying to do. Our plumber also found him very easy to work with and was also very impressed with the quality of work we received.
