Communicated well, arrived on schedule, completed the project, spent time with us to understand how to work the new irrigation system, was knowledgeable about good plant choices.

They are very good. They leave me a note on what going on, especially the girl that does it. She is superb. As far as lawn care is concerned and clean up, it varies. They have done it a couple of times this year already. They take care of bug control and grubs and all of that. It's sort of like they have a yearly scheduled. They just do it and they leave me a bill and I pay it. They do pest control, but I don?t use them for that. It?s usually about $120 a treatment. I used to pay ahead and save 10%. I would rather to be in control every month of the charges. I pre-pay. They are excellent all the way through. They are here when they say, they mark the lawn, they do a nice job. They check up. They offer other services, I just don't use them. They have snow plowing, outdoor pest control. I just use it for the lawn. Great, they've been great, no problems. They warn me to stay off of it. What I like is there's are a lot of pets around this area and they warn them too. That the ground has been fertilized or whatever.

Very well - have had them doing the lawn maintenance for a number of years

I have mixed emotions on their all-around performance. For the most part, they are pretty effective but I wouldn't say I am 100% happy with the weeds and the lawn. They came out probably 7 or 8 times during the course of the year. I've had previous people and they are competitive in price. At this point, I got to make up my mind if I'm going to use them again. I don't know if I have an alternative, but I still haven't figured out. I think they need to focus a little more on weed prevention in the case of my yard.

They're kind of expensive. They did an okay job. I was kind of shocked by the bill. They said they sent five men and they charge for each man, about $50 an hour for each man. They were there an hour and a quarter. It was ridiculous. They didn't mulch. They said they don't mulch until the Spring. They were supposed to do the side yard and didn't. They cleaned up some of the flowerbeds but left all the weeds. They were supposed to trim the bushes except for the ones on the side yard. They didn't try to sell me everything in sight, like another company did. I just wish they would have done all the things I wanted them to do. I'll probably use them again in the Spring. The boss is very professional and very nice. They also broke my mailbox off at the post. They busted it right off and didn't even bother to pick it up. I had to go out and get a new mailbox and they came and put it in. They were going to pay for it, but I said I wouldn't mind paying for it if they put it in. So that was very fair. They were nice.

The cost is relatively high. They are very dependable but sometimes, they might subcontract out some of the work. Sometimes, it looks great and sometimes, it looks like you can't enjoy the structure of our yard. We would probably look for better pricing.

We've had them for years. They do a great job. I'd give them excellent.

I now see why my neighbors thought I was crazy for using Terra Landscaping to cut my lawn. I had never used a lawn service before, but I figured how hard can that be? I continued to do my own yard maintenance and gardening other than the cuts, but I should have done it all myself. I was charged $40 for a cut for an extremely small yard. I spend more time cleaning up the cut grass by raking my yard and cleaning my house after the kids dragged the grass inside. I gave them another chance, but now I am having billing problems with them. Do not use them - not worth the hassle.
