+ -1 moreRick built our sunroom 3 years ago. He expanded an existing porch, strengthened the foundation and then turned it into a 3 season sunroom. He also built a new deck next to it. He also found us an excellent HVAC person to redo our entire house and then assisted in the completion of that refit. This year he came back when we had more funds and completed window casings and full insulation - ceilings, such that the sun room became a all season room. His work is excellent. He is very good at doing what you want - while suggesting things that might be smart to think about as you move forward and define new goals. His price is very reasonable. This area has become the most favored area in our house, his work is excellent overall. He also does odds and ends work from time to time or provides another contact who works with him.

Description of Work: My water bill had gotten very high. It was discovered that one of my toilet tanks was leaking into the toilet, resulting in continuous water. It only took a minor readjustment and flap replacement which was explained to me beforehand

Description of Work: Rick completed a landing and stairs on the exterior of our new addition (only the deck frame was there). He also installed an arbor roof over the area. We used a "plastic wood" deck material. Rick is a good carpenter and fairly tidy. He was able to complete this Project with limited guidance/instruction.

+ -1 moreAwesome. On time (not counting weather issues). Highest quality of workmanship. Very nice guy! Wants the customer to be happy. Neat and clean! Very trustworthy! Okay to leave him at your house while during the workday.
Description of Work: Mr. Strunk and his team built a beautiful deck on our home. We Have a walkout basement and he built the deck at the first floor level (9 feet up). He also custom designed and constructed a smaller deck which enabled us to have a sunken spa placed. Also when the spa delivery team arrived with the tub, they wanted me to order a crain; well needless to say, Mr Strunk and his team mobilized and made the installation happen.
