+ -1 morePinnacle Pavement resurfaced my driveway in July 2016. That night it rained, and water came into my garage. My garage NEVER had water in it before in the 12 years that I have lived here. The problem is that Pinnacle Pavement used too much material, making the driveway higher than the garage. Pinnacle came out a few times trying to fix the problem, but the water problem did not get better. They are now ignoring my emails and a signature confirmation letter.
Description of Work: Resurfacing of my driveway. Resurfacing a driveway is not the same as resealing a driveway. Resurfacing involves removing the top couple of inches of the driveway, and then putting down new material.

Description of Work: We had some very large cracks in our driveway, but they fixed them up very well. Will definitely use them again next time. They weren't the cheapest but this is the third company we've used in the last 20 plus years and this is the best job we've seen. Really looks great.

Description of Work: Saw cut, removed, and replaced 1' x 20' area at end of driveway that was in need of repair. I have been using Pinnacle Pavement driveway sealing services since we moved into our house in July 2003. Todd has been responsive, punctual, and does great work at a reasonable price. They picked out the weeds that were in the driveway before they sealed it and they prepped it really well. They were meticulous when they actually sealed the driveway. They did a very nice and clean job. They also gave us a cash discount on the price; it was very competitive price.

+ -1 moreI called for an estimate and received a quote about a week later which significantly longer than I had hoped, but since it was a small job, I was happy they were willing to give me an estimate (other paving companies would not). The quote was for $2,200 which seemed very high and prompted me to get another quote. I ended up going with the other company for almost $1,000 less.
Description of Work: I received an estimate for adding approximately 170 square feet to an existing driveway. The estimate was for excavating a flower bed, paving the area and sealing the seams with the existing driveway.

Description of Work: Several of my neighbors used Pinnacle Pavement to do sealing on their driveways, so I decided to call for an estimate. I called on a Monday and didn't hear anything until the owner showed up at my house on Wednesday. The person who took my message was very nice and helpful, however I was not impressed with the owner that showed up at my house. I have a driveway that collects water and I wanted to hear about the options I had for remedying it. I was told on the phone that "maybe they could build up the driveway" to redistribute the water. Todd started out the conversation by telling me that "none of my options were cheap!" He explained the options I DID have and both were estimated at around $5,000. Those options were to either dig a trench or to rip up the entire driveway and start from scratch. My main reason for writing this report has nothing to do with the price that was projected by the owner, but rather with the manner in which he told it to me. He had what I feel was a negative tone and didn't seem at all willing to help me out. I can't report on the quality of their work, but based on my conversation with the owner I would not use them to do the work for me. Working with someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to help is much more what I expect from the person that we will eventually hire.

+ -1 morePinnacle provided an estimate 2 days after I first contacted them. After I approved the estimate I waited 5 days and called them back. I was told the weather kept them from scheduling the work and that I would receive a call when they saw a break in the rain. 3 days later (Friday) they scheduled the work for the following Monday with a window of 9-12. The workers showed up at 11 and were finished by 12. I was offered a discount for cash and provided with a receipt detailing the work done, which included filling cracks and a special treatment for an oil-stained area of the driveway. The driveway looks fine and they left no mess to clean up. I was told to stay off the driveway for 2 days and the seal was firm after that. Looks like a good job overall.

We came home to a beautiful driveway. Very thorough and very neat job. I have my had my driveway seal coated every other year and this is the best provider I have found. The driveway looks brand new!
