DO NOT USE this shady, JV group (they don’t deserve to be called a business). We entered into a contract with them on June 14th, 2024 and over 2 months later our fence is still not finished. There are many issues with the fence as it currently sits, one of which is a gate door that doesn’t even open (the owner Robert LaPlante) built himself. They encouraged us to pay in cash for a discount, but once money was provided, they never showed again. The quality of work beyond setting the posts is not what you should expect from a professional fence business. Jason Boyer and Matt Platco are scam artists just like Robert. They were supposed to be over to finish the fence before August 11th, as we were having a party. No show. Neither one will respond to my emails and conveniently Robert’s phone is no longer in service. Don’t trust any of them.

ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS! On 14th February, Kolin came to do quote on vinyl fence need in the front of my property. Per him, I would get estimate emailed to me in couple of days. 2 weeks later, I did not receive anything. I called back and the lady who answered the phone said she will "hunt down" the person who visited the property and get back to me. I again provided my contact number and email address but, again, never heard anything back from. 4 weeks later, in the first week of April, I called back once more and spoke with the owner Robert. Again, the same promise; “will get back to you tomorrow morning”. A week later I called the last time and the receptionist said she will pass on the message. Today, April 18, I still have no quote. WHAT MORE A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER CAN DO? NEITHER I RECOMMEND NOR WILL CALL THEM BACK EVER AGAIN.

We loved working with Paramount Fencing. They were extremely flexible to work with (e.g. getting an estimate after business hours, planning a day to get the fence installed). They were also very helpful through the whole process, helping us apply for a permit, and choosing materials. Their knowledge was super helpful, for example, picking the right latches to make the fence "dog-proof." They were extremely responsive to all questions and concerns, and were patient with all the questions that came through. There was a slight hiccup on placement of the pallet when the materials were delivered, and within an hour or two, Paramount had sent someone out to shift the materials to a better spot. The people who came to do the install were courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job. These guys were awesome to work with, and I would definitely refer them to anyone looking to have a fence put in!

Everything went well. The service was fast and good quality work.

The installation team was courteous and professional. They connected the back fence to a split rail fence on one side and a chain-link fence on the other while working around several trees on and near the property line. The subtle adjustments around the trees looks amazing. Two sections of fence connect the back corners of the house to the neighbors' fences with a single gate on one side and a double gate on the other. Both gates operate very smoothly and the wire mesh fence was installed almost touching the ground so as to keep the dog safely contained in the yard. We are very pleased with the project.

Paramount did a fantastic job with our new fence. It is absolutely beautiful, and the entire team clearly cared about doing a good job. They were courteous to our neighbors with parking their trucks, unloading equipment, etc throughout the process as well. We will definitely use them again for any future fencing needs we have.

The service was excellent and the fence looks great. We recommended them to our cousins who ended up installing a fence as well. The communication was a little lacking, but overall, they did a great job. I would recommend Paramount!
