Havent had a working AC unit in a few days. I called New Energy Solutions and they gave me a quote within an hour in person and installed a new unit within 24 hours. I was very impressed with their work. Everyone was very personable and great.

Fred was very knowlegable, replaced a failed run/start capacitor and cleaned our gas fired furnace. Showed me the failed component. Cost was reasonable. Would recommed their services.

Mr. Ward listened to my problem when we called for services. We thought we needed an new cooling system. he explained that that might not be necessary. He came the next day and examined our cooling unit and determined all it needed was to fix a small leak in the system and topped up the refrigerant. This was far less expensive, and I feel Mr. Ward is a very honest person, he could have sold us a new appliance and we'd never have known otherwise. Since the temps have soared to the 90's we have the unit running and it is producing wonderful cool air! Success!

I worked with 4 other companies to quote the project, which was the complete replacement of a 20 year old central A/C system. At every step along the way, New Energy Solutions was better: from the quote process (an on-site written quote, everyone else had to "write it up and email it"), to the fact that they were by far the most reasonably priced. I am not someone to go with the lowest priced contractor if I don't feel like they're going to do quality work and install a quality product, but I actually felt like I was getting a bargain - other companies were quoting us more to do the work, with inferior equipment (not as well regarded brands, and an inferior thermostat). No thanks! Install was prompt, painless, and clean. They actually spent more time helping me learn how to use my thermostat than I really needed them to. This is a company that cares. Regarding the new Ameristar system: I haven't needed to turn it on for a long duration yet, but after having just turned it on for a test run, I'm super impressed: it blows far more forcefully than the old system, and is super cold. My only remaining question is: why didn't I do this sooner? These guys are great. Hire them and you won't be sorry you did.

Erik called almost immediately after searching for someone to come and install a central air unit for our home. Nice guy. They quoted me a much lower price than the 2 or 3 others and showed up on time. The guys who showed up along with Erik were two great guys who were always respectful to me and did the work. They cleaned up their work area and were conscientious of the fact that I had a cat that couldn't get out. Damn fine company with some awesome people and phenomenal work. This is our very first central air unit but they explained everything to us. Hire them!

Erik & his crew did a fantastic job installing our central AC system in our older home. Everyone knew their specific job, were very professional, polite & helpful. They also did a thorough job cleaning during and after completion. Highly recommend New Energy Soultions for their professionalism, superior work & fast service.

Great service but make sure to check the tax credits for yourself. They moved us to a higher end furnace because they told us after PECO and tax credits, it would be about the same price. The PECO credits were $200 lower than they told us and the federal tax credit was $100 lower. Not a huge deal, but still $300 that they told us we'd get back.

I got 8 estimates to put a new oil hot air furnace in my home. Erik of New Energy Solutions was the 1st one I got. Ater 2 weeks of getting different companies and dealers in I chose New Energy Solutions. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive but Erik sat down with me and we talked about the job and what he would do and how it would be done. This impressed me and none of the other companies did this. I told him what day that I would be available to be home and he said fine. He was here at 7:30 am with his crew of 4 people and everyone knew what to do and by 3pm that day they installed a new furnace, removed the oil tank from the basement and had it running perfect. Everone was friendly, answered my questions and cleaned up after themselves. I can't say enough about them. Just a great guy to deal with.

OMG!! WOW what a lifesaver as the "other highly advertised" HVAC companies were out several times advising additional work, each time a new fee, and then told me I really needed a new unit...WTF! So I check out New Energy Solutions and Eric comes right over that afternoon and confirms I need a new system, but he is half the price as the 2 other quotes I got from the "Big HVAC" companies. And he and his crew could not have been better putting in the HVAC a few days later. They were great!
