As a homeowner, shopping for, and hiring a company to replace an expensive, major component in my house is stressful. Erik and the New Energy crew completely put me at ease. HIGHLY recommend them. Needed a new heater and AC unit. Talked to Erik on the phone, got a nice low quote, had him come out, he answered all of my questions, was pleasant, personal and professional. His crew that did the install was the same. Thank you so much!

My old unit went out overnight. We woke up to a 55 degree house and dropping. I did a bit of research and decided on this company. They responded immediately and even called other men in to work to help with a quick install. We had heat by noon and I feel like the cost was far below what I may have payed elsewhere. Great job!

The Tech. that was there was very up to date on the problem, and he had it fixed in a short time.

Erik and his team were absolutely wonderful! We had an emergency failure with our boiler during the holidays. Several of the supposedly cheaper companies were happy to send out salesmen to give us sky high replacement quotes, but no technician would come out to actually assess the boiler because of the holidays. Erik was here within one hour of calling and gave us a quote that was half of what UGI quoted and several thousand lower than the other local companies. He showed up exactly on time, did a seamless job, and took the time to explain everything to us. We could not recommend him highly enough!

Eric is very easy to get along with and explained all the features. Was prompt and courteous through out entire process. Crew is knowledgeable and meticulous cleaned up after work was done.

New Energy Solutions did a terrific job installing our level 4 A/C system. Their team of 4 worked so well together. We can’t say enough about the quality of their work!

I recently used New Energy Solutions to install a new heat pump, air handler with auxiliary heat, line set, condensate pump, and thermostat. Erik and his team did a great job from the initial estimate through post-installation support. Erik took the time to listen to my needs and questions, and presented a number of appropriate options. During the installation, the team (which included Erik) worked quickly and cleanly, and installed everything properly. When the heat pump began short cycling the following day, Buddy showed up quickly to troubleshoot the issue. When the cause proved quite tricky to diagnose, Erik was able to arrange for Buddy to get support from Trane’s lead technician and trainer for the east coast (on a Saturday, while he was with his family) to help solve the issue then and there. Amazing service from both Trane and New Energy Solutions! When Erik initially asked me what he needed to do to win my business, I told him that I was looking for a quality product that would be backed up by the manufacturer that would be expertly installed to minimize the risk of installation-related issues – all at a reasonable price. I was looking for a product that would work, and no BS from the manufacturer or installer if I ran into issues. So far, I’ve gotten everything I was looking for.

Friendly knowledgeable installers. Very competitive price. There was a miscommunication on where a vent was to be placed but installers quickly rectified it. Very satisfied.

Erik was very professional with us. Erik and his worker Buddy did an excellent job installing our gas furnace, gas water heater, gas dryer, and gas stove. They use quality stuff at a great price. I would definitely recommend New Energy Solution to anyone who wants a job done right.

Prompt response, price was reasonable, installation was well done and all paperwork regarding warranty and rebates well organized.

Eric was professional and knowledgeable. Very willing to work with our tenants. When I asked for an even better unit he didn't recommend it and didn't price gouge me. When he installed the unit, he was in and out, clean and tidy. Other companies wanted to come out in order to provide a quote. Eric was so knowledgeable he could give you a rough estimate on the phone. Didn't have to wait 3 weeks, he was out in two days!

Personable, well trained, knowledgable, great to work with. Excellent response time. Cared about our situation and how to best solve it. Will continue to utilize this company. Five stars.
