VERY pleased with the service i received! They arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed the problem within minutes, gave me the estimate, and replaced the A/C pump promptly. They were in and out in an hour and a half. All my questions were thoroughly answered and the problem was explained in layman's terms. Super nice guys and very reasonable prices! I interviewed 4 contractors. New Energy Solutions gave the most detailed quote and the best price by far. They completely and cleanly removed my old oil furnace forced-air system and installed a new heat pump in one day. In addition they evaluated the ductwork and made improvements. My home has never been so comfortable! Erik and his crew were very friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend them.

Eric and crew showed up on schedule. Installation on my new furnace was quick. They cleaned up after the installation. I even hired them to install my AC unit. Honest with pricing and recommend the right units (furnace AND ac Unit) for my house and needs. Will hired them for future maintenance and installations.

Eric responded promptly and professionally to my request. He repair some leaking pipes at my burner, provide yearly maintenance on the heating and central a/c unit. Service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and the charge was reasonable.
