I just purchased a home in West Chester that did not have Central Air. I contacted New Energy first based on their reviews, and they came out the following week to check out the house while we were there for inspection to provide an accurate estimate. They gave us a great deal and told us the job would take 3 days. They came in to begin the work the day after settlement and actually ended up finishing the job in 2 days, and it was a VERY complex job! All of our new neighbors were commenting on how great they seemed and how quickly they got everything up and running; most were told by other contractors that the central air could not be installed. They did a beautiful job! They also included a wifi thermostat and removed our baseboards for us! In addition to being extremely efficient and doing an excellent job, Erik was extremely responsive via email and addressed all of my concerns before I sent him the first deposit. His team was extremely nice and even swiffered and vacuumed my floors once they were done! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE!!!!

We needed a heat pump replaced. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The system was installed quickly and the workers were very efficient and friendly. We would recommend this company for price and service.

We hired them to replace our furnace, A/C unit and a hot water heater. They did an outstanding job! Punctual, extremely professional and super nice team. They left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived and went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to program/operate the new "smart" thermostats . Installed the furnace and Air conditioning while snow was on the ground. They had to dig out a path to get to the outside unit. Laid drop cloths on all paths to avoid soil on carpets. All the workers were helpful and friendly. It was a very nice experience.

They were great, very knowledgeable and professional. They were quick to diagnose the problem with my boiler and got it back up in running in no time!

After receiving news from the contractor sent out by our home warranty that our boiler was officially irreparable, we started doing some research for repair companies and found New Energy Solutions. Without any heat during freezing temperatures, Erik made sure to send his foreman (Buddy) out to take a look and get us an estimate that same afternoon. We were impressed with the willingness to walk us through the installation process and the cordiality of both Erik and Buddy. The work was done efficiently and they even stayed for a while to ensure that every aspect of the new system was running properly and to walk us through the various aspects of the new boiler. I would highly recommend New Energy Solutions to anyone looking for a friendly, local, and reasonably-priced HVAC business. A great experience from start to finish.

THE SERVICE WAS FAST AND EFFICENT . THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY .

We needed a complete replacement of (2) 23 year old gas furnaces, air conditioners and humidifiers and thermostats . We decided to be proactive in replacing rather than waiting for the equipment to break down. We contacted 5 HVAC companies including large, medium and family run organizations. Representatives of each company, came to our home and did their review and analysis and all provided replacement proposals. Eric was the only one who not only did the review and offered a number of configurations to meet our needs, and would also lead the installation team. We selected Eric and his team from NEW ENERGY SOLUTIONS to provide the equipment and installation. The combination of product knowledge, experience, prompt effective communication and value made the decision easy. We also liked that Eric was leading the team on site from beginning to end. We set up an installation schedule and both old systems were de-installed and new systems installed in one day by Eric and his team. They even spent the time to set up our WiFi controlled thermostats and also assisted us in processing the PECO rebates we were entitled to. The old equipment was removed and the work area was left cleaner than they found it. We would highly recommend New Energy Solutions.

My ac went out, I got same day service. New Energy did not charge me extra for an emergency call. One of the components on the, outside, compressor had burned out. They had the part on their truck. They made the repair and had the ac back on in an hour....Quality work at a reasonable price.....old school, Will use again.

Very pleased with quality of work.

I'm a single woman living with my senior-aged mother. The AC went kaput, and I contacted HomeAdvisor. They supplied me with two companies at 11:30 at night. Went to bed and New Energy called first thing, 6:30 in the morning, which meant they could get out to the house by 9 AM. Buddy arrived and diagnosed the well-used, but 25+ year AC system was now dead. After I received a quote, I decided to have New Energy install my new AC system the next day. Work was done in a half day, and a completely brand spankin' new AC unit was up and running by 2:30. I got a great $ and was only without the AC for a day and 1/2!!!! Will continue to use New Energy for all HVAC service. Highly recommend this company.

Erik, one of the owners of the company works on the installations and the company is very customer oriented. I feel I got a good price on a highly rated product with excellent customer service.

Hire these guys! Erik and Buddy were the best contractors we have ever worked with...and we've built/owned 6 homes. We had a Trane Heat pump retro-fit done on our Cape Cod. Their ideas and solutions were top notch leaving us with a home that is very comfortable and no mess to clean up. I can't say enough about their customer service!

Erik and his team were right there when I needed them. They all new exactly what had to be done and completed the removal of my old boiler and installed the new one before lunch. They were neat, courteous and pleasant to be around. I will definitely use their service again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
