He was very professional and gave me a good price and excellent advice on what to purchase. I'd recommend him to everyone. Do yourself a favor and don't call the big names you see on tv. They were alful and were high pressure salesman with high prices . Call New Energy Solutions .

The service I got from the company, New Energy Solutions, is remarkable. Unfortunitely I didn't get the names of the two men that performed the repairs, but they cared. When I mentioned that I was concerned for my sister, who just got out of the hospital yesterday, and is bed-ridden, they put it into passing gear.� They came in, found the problem, fixed it.� They are verry courteous and concerned.� Couldn't do enough for us. Eric contacted me within minutes of my search. He was polite and professional. He showed up for the estimate and to do the work on time. The job was completed an hour ahead I time. The price was right and the quality of the work was great. I have another job to have done in the next 6-8 months and will be calling New Energy Solutions again.

When we narrowed down the system we wanted, New Energy Solutions was more than competitive and gave us a comfort that they were extremely capable of handling the replacement of our heat pump and humidifier systems. They gave us a quote on the spot and came on the date set and on time! Work team was professional and left absolutely no mess for us to clean up. Did a good job of demonstrating the system before they left. We would highly recommend them.

My air conditioner stopped working on Saturday morning. Tech was out to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. Solve the problem immediately and the air conditioner was up an running. Would highly recommend New Energy Solutions.

The technician was very expedient with a service appointment. It was a pleasure working with a very knowledgeable and personable gentleman.

We appreciated the quick response to our request for information. They called within 30 minutes and were out that day to see our existing system. They had the new unit in stock and were willing to work on Saturday to install the unit with no extra cost. They arrived 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. They were careful to cover the carpeting that was traveled over to get to our unit. They removed the old furnace and installed the new unit in less than 4 hours. In my opinion the work was excellent and done at a fair price. My family enjoyed the increased pressure and temperature in their shower the next day.

We hired New Energy Solutions to install baseboard heat in our basement rec room. Erik is knowledgeable and professional. He was prompt with both the estimate and the work. The work was done within a couple days of our decision to proceed and the proposed baseboard heat is perfect for our basement rec room. The installation looks great and they protected our floors and cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely recommend New Energy Solutions.
