have a four years old Lennox EL296 gas furnace but it went down a couple of weeks ago. I called Horizon first but their service was disappointing. I reached out to New Energy Solutions. Tim called me back immediately and listened carefully to my explanation of the problem. The next day, Buddy came to my home and he did an excellent job replacing the gas valve. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all the questions I had. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend New Energy Solutions to my friends and family.

We’ve been customers of New Energy Solutions for some time now and have had great experiences, specifically with Tanner, who has come to service our system a number of times. He’s absolutely wonderful. Always punctual, transparent, and super helpful. Prices are fair, the work is unmatched.  + -1 moreErik came out to inspect our current system and arrived when scheduled. Gave us an proposal before he left. We called to schedule a date and they arrived on time. Work was totally completed within 6 hours and everything was cleaned up with no mess anywhere. They even vacuumed our basement carpet before they left. We're very pleased.
Description of Work: Got several estimates for a replacement heat pump system. We replaced the indoor and outdoor units with a high-efficiency Trane systen. Also added a new Aprilaire humidifier and Digital programmable thermostat. Erik provided all the information we needed and gave us an estimate on the spot. We were impressed with his knowledge and his quote was far lower than other estimates for the same equipment. They arrived on the date they scheduled and were on time. They cleaned everything up before they left and were very professional. The owner worked directly with his technicians. We would definitely recommend them.

 + -1 moreI asked for a service call after looking up his company online. I rec'd an email with a phone number at 11pm at night shortly after sending a request for service. When I did not respond, the serviceman called at 7am and set up an appointment for 8am the same day. He arrived promptly at 8, had everything fixed by 8:10. Very friendly and professional.
Description of Work: The provider sent me an email overnight. He called at 7am. He was at my home at 8am and fixed a loose wire in my gas furnace within minutes.
