Description of Work: A 6 foot closet (actual 5'7")organizer. Double hanging, long hanging, and lots of shelves for clothes, baskets, and shoes. |It's my granddaughter's closet, and it is exactly what she needed and wanted. We are very happy with the result. Good materials, installation was quick. The company people and installer were very easy to work with and very courteous. I plan on contacting them again for future work. |

Description of Work: I got a custom closet for my six-year-old's bedroom, so that he could reach all his clothes and be independent. I also needed shelving space for books and a slide-out hamper basket. I used the deal on Angie's List for "$175 for $500 Worth of Closet and Storage Shelving" from My Custom Closet. For the closet I ordered, I paid an additional $289 bringing the total to $464, which was absolutely fine with me since I paid well over that much for a slightly better custom closet in my daughter's room (from a different company) two years earlier. Bryan visited on 11/2/15 to take measurements and I told him what I needed. Later, I got a call from Jill to set the installation date for 12/10/15 (she explained they were very busy at this time of year). The ONLY problem is that she forgot to call me back to tell me what time the installer would be arriving. I had to call her a few days before 12/10/15 so I could know what time to expect him. Not a big deal. Tim (I believe that was his name) arrived on time on Dec. 10 and was professional, polite, cleaned up afterward, and was done in a reasonable amount of time. The hamper basket did not come with a canvas liner which I was a little disappointed about, but I luckily found one from an old IKEA hamper I had, and it fit! Overall I was very happy with everything, and everything fits in my son's closet with room to spare! Clothes, toys, books, even extra pillows up top. I will call My Custom Closet in the future to have my kitchen pantry done.

We have literally double the storage space we did before working with My Custom Closet and it looks fantastic. Bryan was also very respectful of our budget and made suggestions to help us cut costs to get the look we wanted without adding on extras. We really felt like we got the best value for what we wanted. My Custom Closet was also very clear about the installation expectations and timeframe. The installation happened 10 days after our consultation which gave us enough time to clean and paint the closet space. And the installation was completed in one day. We are very happy with the finished product and would definitely work with My Custom Closet again in the future!

Bryan and his crew drew up an excellent, creative plan. The work was impeccable, with great attention to detail. Bryan created more hanging and storage space than I dreamed possible. We would, highly, recommend My Custom Closet!

+ -1 moreBryan and his team are amazing! We haven't had the work done yet for the laundry area, but in October Bryan installed new closets in all my bedrooms and bathroom and they are beautiful! The workmanship is high quality and the price is so reasonable I would recommend them without hesitation. The prices are kept low because the homeowner has to do some prep work by getting the closets ready (removing old hardware, painting) before installation. The installers saw that I had left a big hole in the wall in one closet and offered to fix it (we had some sheet rock in the garage) if there was time. There wasn't, but I was very impressed with their work ethic. They went above and beyond! If you need closets, this is the place to go!

+ 1 moreWe just got our master closet done by My Custom Closet and we love it! The workmanship is top notch and so are the materials that they used. To be honest, the closet and cabinetry are just as high-end as the expensive closet companies, but for less money. I think working with a family run business like this is so pleasant as we were able to be in touch with the owner very easily. Also, the quotes we received from them were honest from the start. They left no trace behind once the work was completed. They were very professional and personable throughout the whole process. We look forward to having them do our garage and laundry area in the spring. It is so nice to finally feel organized again in some of our rooms!
