Description of Work: I purchase an Angie's List special deal of $500 worth of shelving for $175. This was for shelves in a small pantry area of my kitchen The provider friendly and professional, but wasn't available for a month to give me the estimate which ended up being in excess of $1000 for 8 shelves. When I contacted Angie's list to get my money back I had to fight with them to get a refund. The entire experience was negative. The shelves were nothing special for that kind of money and the hassle I received in trying to get a refund just added to the issue. I ended up going to a big box store, purchasing the same type of shelves and materials and installing the shelves myself for less than $175. All in all a waste of my time. I won't make this mistake again.

Description of Work: The custom closets were a lot more expensive than I expected when I bought the deal on here. I was very shocked at the quality of material used as I thought it would be much nicer. It does look better than the wire shelves we had but it was dirty and the shelves were scuffed up and rough. The guy who installed them was nice and used a paint pen to try and fill in the shelves but I thought at the money charged they shouldn't need filling in and with a paint pen. I am wondering how well they will hold up over the long run. When emailing to make sure that they were coming for the job, the guy who came and measured was nice.

Description of Work: I was flabbergasted when I saw the estimate for a small closet. The gentleman was extremely professional and very informative and I was hoping it would have been in a price range that was affordable. I truly thought it was a feasible project for me but I'm afraid not.

Description of Work: Very good. My Custom Closets scheduled the date on which they would stop by to review the work and propose the design for the closet. Bryan was ahead of schedule (which was good) on the day of the appointment. He was very polite and listened to my requirements and he did a great job in drawing out the recommended design. He told me that he would send me the quote over the weekend with the plan written up and he did. Extremely professional. I decided not to go ahead because of unrelated issues. I will definitely go back to them, when I choose to move forward with this project.

Description of Work: The cost was to high for the service, I purchased a Big Deal but didn't feel the extra coast was worth it so I did it myself.

Description of Work: This is the second time I've used them to install a closet system and I would use them again. Nice, polite, and courteous -- took off their shoes when they walked on carpet. Cleaned up any mess from the installation. The installation took minimal time and the system was exactly what I was quoted.

Description of Work: Great custom closet, very nice installation guys. It took longer than I thought it would to install everything (~8 hours) but wonderful results. My only complaint is that there was a second jewelry drawer insert that they didn't have the day of the installation, and there was no effort to deliver it to me. I had to stop by the workplace of one of the installation guys and pick it up myself. I think for the price they could have gotten it to me.

Description of Work: I have a very small room in my house that has been used for various purposes, but now that my children are grown and out of the house I decided to have shelves built in and turn it into a closet/dressing room. Brian came out and looked at the space, which at the time was filled with boxes of stuff, and did a plan. The workers came out and built the shelves, and did an excellent job. TThey were quick, cleaned up aftert themsleves and showed me what they had done and how eerything worked. I am very happy.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $199 for $500 worth of closet and storage shelving. The closet was delivered as ordered. It's very attractive but smaller than hoped for but we had to work with what we had. The gentleman who came and did the work was about 45 minutes late and then could not finish the job in one visit as the measurements he was given for the side shelves was incorrect. He did come all the way back to finish the job the same night. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional and did a good clean up job when was done. We lost one picture frame on the outside wall that fell during the pounding but otherwise all was as promised!

Description of Work: I took advantage of the special because I had been wanting to maximize storage space in my office closet. I was impressed in the initial meeting with the owner ( he is prompt, smart in seeing what you need, and an excellent communicator). I ended up converting the office closet and the master bedroom closet. Bryan and Tim were excellent and I am thrilled with the much improved space.

Description of Work: They put shelving and rods in our walk in closet. They were absolutely wonderful to work with! Great communication and were meticulous in their work. I would like to use them again! The closet is beautiful and so organized now!
