I paid quite a bit of money for him to clean up after he took trees down - the work was poor - he never removed the tree roots I paid him to remove - lumps bumps and large stones all over my yard - his employees could not speak english - he simply does not care about his customers - he just wants to go fishing - a year later I am still cleaning up after him - had to hire another to grind roots

The crew worked efficiently and left the yard clean. Chris seems very knowledgeable; he gave some maintenance suggestions and he never tried to suggest unnecessary work. I definitely would hire them again.

Their service was very good! They were excellent! Price wise, we have gotten three or four quotes, and theirs was definitely close to the lowest. I don't see anything negative, because they got back to me quickly. They were very easy to schedule. There were some others that we had called that were not able to come for a week. They accidentally broke our patio, and they repaired it a few days later though they didn't have to do that. They could have just said, "You know what? This is going to break anyway, and we're not really responsible." But they were really nice to try to fix it. He even called a couple of times just to inform us. It was obvious that he was concerned, and he didn't just disregard it. He came back a couple of days later, and he said, "Are you happy with the job?" In other words, he wasn't happy to collect the paycheck and be out of here. He wanted to make sure that I have good things to say. His workers were also great. They were following his direction. He's definitely a part of it which is good. I would definitely use them again in the future.

As the tree was being held up by one branch caught in another tree directly over our house, this was a very unnerving situation. The first company we called was a more well known name in the area and their estimate was out of our price range. Close friends then referred us to Chris Lepping as they had had great experiences with his company before. After our first contact with Mr. Lepping, he got out to our house the next morning and over the next two days probably made 4 or 5 trips to our house to assess the situation and to determine the most economical and safe resolution. Chris showed up first thing the next morning with one of his associates and apologized for coming unannounced but that the precariousness of our situation had actually kept him up the night before and that he'd do the best he could in terms of price but that we had to do something quickly. He dropped the tree that afternoon as well as some other dangerous limbs hanging over our driveway. Overall, we were very very pleased with this work and my wife and I got the feeling that he was sincerely concerned with our well being above all else. What a relief once the tree was down! On a side note, 2 years ago I had another more well known firm out to provide an estimate of just removing dead limbs over the driveway (the same that Chris Lepping had removed in conjunction with the tree) and they provided an estimate of $4,000!!. Chris did that job in addition to the cutting down of the massive oak (which I know was a very dangerous and meticulous job) for almost half that! I have already recommended Lepping Tree Service to all of my co-workers. A+ service.

I've used Lepping for a while. They do my spring and winter clean-ups each year. They also cut my lawn for me occasionally. They are a company that has recently become extremely popular so I would encourage others to call them and book them early. Their work is fantastic and that is why so many people like myself like to hire them.

This is an A+ company. Chris was extremely prompt in arriving for and providing an estimate. He was concise and clear in examining and making recommendations for the work to be done. The team was on time and did a terrific job! They did a nice job cleaning up when through.
