+ -1 moreTried to help us every way Katy could think of with City's half a day notice to charge $1,000 for sidewalk snow removal they're overbooked & giving away salt & will keep asking if anyone in my area into tonight, & waitlisted me too, not even a customer yet but you bet I will be next time snow forecast I'll reserve an appointment ahead!

+ -1 moreIn Nov/ Dec we called to speak to Pete Lanza to come and walk the fence that he had repaired. He agreed to it. Pete did not show up. Called again and Pete did show up. Pete shared that they didn't damage the fence as the trees weren't located were the fence is still crooked. Pete finally agreed to fix the issues in a few weeks. He never called or replaced fixed fence as it had no damage prior to him taking down my neighbors trees. We simply want Pete Lanza to follow through as an ethical and professional business man. We didn't ask for our fence to be damaged, we simply want it restored to the original form prior to his business taking down my neighbors trees. I will be glad to write a positive report once Pete Lanza follows through what he said he would do.
Description of Work: Pete provided service to my neighbors property with tree removal, etc. Although his crew took down trees as careful as they could many tree branches fell on my chain fence causing damage. I shared this concern with his crew members as the branches were still on the fence crushing and bending the fence on many spots. Pete later arrived and I spoke to him about the fence damage. We had a lovely conversation and he assured me he would replace and fix the fence to look as it originally did. He shared he had that type of material. He even was kind to offer a same pine for me which I declined. I shared with Pete that we are reasonable people but ensure the fence is fixed properly. He shared that he would take care of it. My neighbor also informed Pete to fix fence as they have a good relationship with us and do not want any hard feelings.

The main goal is complete customer service.and pride in the work they perform. The workmanship is outstanding. They are very considerate of your property and that of your neighbors. We have been very satisfied with both transactions we have had with this company and would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Fall cleanup Planted new shrubs and relocated some other shrubs. Installed new flower beds, cleaned existing flower beds. Dug drains for run off. Trimmed branches. Mulched all areas.

Description of Work: Cut down 3 trees which had been damaged in the winter. Created 5 beds, weeded and mulched. | |They did a fabulous job. Mr. Lanza always responded promptly to our calls. His team was on time, professional, friendly, and followed our wishes. | |They continue to cut our grass every week and we plan on using them for the fall clean-up and all of our yard-care needs for the years to come.

+ 2 moreLanza Landscaping: *Arrived as scheduled every day *Respected our property *Left the area clean and neat at the end of every day *Always available to discuss any issues or concerns *Added extra touches (at no charge) just to improve the overall look of the project i.e. Spreading mulch and grass seed in areas around the patio. Overall, this was a great company to work with. Very professional from the office staff to the site crews. Our thanks to Pete and all who worked on this project. We would recommend them highly and plan to have other work done.
Description of Work: We had several bids for the work we wanted done but decided to contact Lanza based on a project Lanza had completed in our neighborhood. We sent an email and they responded the next day. We indicated we wanted to have the work completed before October. They agreed to work us into their schedule. We decided to go with Lanza and it was the best decision we made. They replaced a patio and sidewalk. Installed drain pipes and sealed the driveway. They also, at no charge, repaired an area on the back patio that was poorly done by another contractor.

+ -1 moreFrom the very beginning when I spoke with Piero Lanza he was straight and Professional at all times, when the job started their was a concern about the size of the walkway, I called him right then and it was resolved then and now lost time. Job started and finished on time and everything looks great. Would use them again with no hesitating

+ -1 moreWhen I called for a quote they responded right away, and they came out to look at the yard the next day. They gave me a verbal quote on the spot and arranged a date to start work weather permitting. They were very prompt on the day work was to begin, worked hard for three days and got the job done. They cleaned up everyday before they left and made sure to keep me updated on how the work was progressing. Very polite, very clean and neat, very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Lanza Landscaping removed over 6 tons of bamboo from my yard.
