Keri's Kleaning

Kerri cleaned my home for a few months. Initially, the quality was good, however after the first couple of visits there were many things missed and incomplete. She came every Friday morning. I noticed she started to come to clean later and later, and on June 27 she just didn't show up to clean. I left her two messages and never heard anything back from her to date. Completely unprofessional.

Keri came out for the estimate and a walk through. Turns out a few of her current customers are acquaintance of mine and provide a nice reference. Price for Initial was $245. Keri reset apt for work 2 times before getting here. We were being patient. She did come out and do the work with helper(s) and the did a fabulous job. Even came back for 90 minutes the next day to finish job perfectly. So weel we paid her $300 for the job she quoted for $245 We figured we had found our new service. Not so much....... Keri, made and broke 3 commitments for follow up sessions. On the morning of the third apt she texted us to say she was over extended and could not take on our account. Shouldn't take 4 weeks for her to tell us that. High grades for price and quality work, low grades are for unprofessional handling of commitment and communications

Overall it was a great experience working with Keri and I couldn't be happier.
