Prompt service, friendly workers, polite, cleaned up after themselves ands extremely knowledgeable. Brian has been our go to guy for wall switch replacements and accent lighting around cabinets.

KB Electric just completed rewires on 2 duplexes for me. They also installed new in-room electric heating units (Cadet). Darren came out and really spent time to understand my needs, suggested products, and delivered very competitive pricing. I trusted that he and team would do high quality work and hired him on the spot. They delivered 4 clean labeled panels with new stands, installed around 20 heater units, and ran PVC piping external to my buildings with as little distance as feasible, pulled permits, and managed inspections (all was passed on first check). Darren kept me plugged into the jobs every step of the way and even pointed out a few non-electrical issues that I didn't know about. The team did excellent work at value prices - five star performance for sure!

They gave me very excellent service but the service is expensive.

Not well. Unbeknownst to us, we were asked to pay $300.00 for the "estimate". The "estimate" turned out to be $4,802.00 over our highest estimates from other electricians. It was a total waste of $300.00 and I will never use, nor recommend, this provider to anyone.

Excellent !! The technicians name was Brian. The work was done very professionally and quickly. I was without a dryer for so long, but now thanks to his excellent work my dryer is working beautifully..Thank you so much !!

The jobs were done perfectly. These guys were on time and did a great job on everything. I have more work in the upcoming future and will be definitely calling them again!!

First visit: Can't reach street light with my ladder. Need to return (in a week) with a bucket truck. Second visit: Bulb I brought doesn't fit your fixture. Need to return (in a week) with a new fixture. Third visit: Fixture I brought doesn't fit your light. (Sound familiar?) Need to return with a new bulb. They were on-time and amiable. But my job didn't get done. Seems to me that they could have failed with a single visit. If multiple visits were required, they could have been more timely. I recommend against using them for anything beyond trivial jobs - more trivial than changing a light bulb.

Will, from KB electric,LLC, was knowledgeable, professional and hardy. I say hardy because it was quite cold and he did two outside locations laughing the entire time. The install went with out a hitch. He explained everything with a smile. It was a Friday and he happily stay upon completion and answered as number of questions that arose. The only thing i have some consternation about, therefore, the "b" rating for the price, is the quality of units placed. The ones used were the same Home Depot brands i returned just the other day ,expecting the ones the installed to be a higher end contractor brand . we will see.

Work went well. Have not received bill. Walk in was $95. Had to modify system to accommodate newer type tubes.

They did a great job. Pricey, but overall very well done. Got lots of compliments on my new lights.

Quick and efficient response to queries, professional installation and crew, not the cheapest of the 3 bidders but I am glad i used KB Electric, they were the most reliable and quick to respond.

The electrician gave us an estimate of how much it would cost, depending on what problems he found. When the problem turned out to be the switch, the final cost was considerably less than the estimate.

From our first phone call to the end of the job, we couldn't have asked for better service. I called the KB Electric office in the morning to tell them what work I had in mind, and the receptionist was polite and efficient getting it all down. Within less than 10 minutes, I had a call back from an electrician to go over what I was looking for, and within another two hours, they had a technician at my home to check things out. Mike, the technician who responded, was professional and thorough and had very helpful ideas on the kind of lighting that would work best in the space. He gave us a quote that I approved (it was substantially less than a quote I had gotten from a competitor I had previously used for electrical work) and started the job that afternoon. He returned at 9 the next morning with a helper to finish the job, and was done to our complete satisfaction by early afternoon. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome, price, service, professionalism--everything.

Unbelievably fast response (less than 3 hours) from my initial phone call to having someone come out and look at the work needing to be done. I received a quote and a full description of what work the quote involved. A service date was scheduled, the workers arrived at the assigned time and were very friendly. They wore booties when in the house, kept me informed of the job status and cleaned up COMPLETELY when the job was finished. I'm very happy that I called KB Electric, LLC!

KB Electric's technician called ahead and arrived on time. He assessed the failed motor situation and we discussed options given one motor had failed of the three installed. We agreed to replace all three motors. A total job cost estimate of $1,500 was drafted on the spot and I signed it. The technician left our home and was able to source all three motors. He returned 40 minutes later and installed the new motors. He was careful (and high efficient) while working in the attic and had all motors replaced in roughly 1 hour. Upon my examination (in the attic) I could see the new motors are are of good quality and run much more quiet. Well done KB Electric!

KB Electric encountered some problems installing the fans they chose in our bathrooms due to radiant heat in the ceiling. I give them a lot of credit coming back out twice to help remedy the issues we had and give us the best possible result given the limitations. I would and will hire them when I need further electrical work.

Service is impeccable. Everyone is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very fair in pricing. We have used KB on multiple properties and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.
