Exceptional job performed by JMS. Both Matt & Jim very knowledgeable and accessible throughout the entire project. There communication throughout the process was amazing. I interviewed 6 companies for the project and would hire JMS again in a heartbeat!

Crew did excellent work - above and beyond the norm. Matt is very professional and easy to work with. Price was very competitive.

It went quite well. Matt, the co-owner first clearly explained what was required to be done on the roof. Then his team of workers worked diligently to have the roof replaced in one day. They also did a thorough cleanup of the property. Matt answered any questions that we had during and after the job.

The entire process from start to finish was great. I would recommend JMS for roofing needs.

Everything went great from beginning to end. Matt and Jim are awesome guys and professional. They are honest and have no hidden agenda. They were on site and easily accessible. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Their crew was out of this world, and cleanup was immaculate!

We were really impressed by this company’s co owner Matt who was professional, honest, had true integrity and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company. Here’s why: Called for free estimate for roof issue that was put on by another roofer 5 years ago & was now out of business. Matt was the only business that called us back himself while on vacation, and even though his company didn’t do roof repair, had us follow up with the shingle manufacturer etc. no sales pitch just genuine. We then called Matt back the following week & were just going to replace that part of the roof. He scheduled a time to come out, checked the roof, got his ladder & checked the crawl space over the room with stains & found the issue had nothing to do with roof, it was our heating & air vents & he suggested we call our current heating & air or he could recommend one. He wouldn’t take anything for his trouble. What a great experience!! Thanks Matt!!

The project went great. These guys are the real deal no messing around. Quality workmanship for a reasonable price, you get what you pay for. I give them 5+ stars. In an industry that can be very sketchy I can say they stand out in terms of professionalism, honesty, integrity and workmanship in the roofing trade. Many thanks for the outcome it was better than what was expected.

Matt and Jim as owners are always on site to answer questions and oversee the contractor employees. We live in a quad and they demonstrated the ability to work with all owners with different questions and challenges.

We were extremely pleased. While they were not the lowest bidder on the job, they stood out by being on time, explaining the complexities of the job very clearly and ensuring that I understood the items included in the quote, and taking the time to thoroughly inspect the job prior to quoting (walking the roof, looking inside the attic at the interior, measuring the skylight, etc.). This attention to detail carried over to the actual work, from keeping us informed prior to the job as materials were being ordered and work scheduled, to the work done on site, and through to meticulous cleanup of the work site when it was done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and to use them again, myself).

The roof was done with excellent, quality workmanship. The crew cleaned up every day when they were done and left the property as they found it. One orboth of the owners were on the job site everyday. The owners were extremely professional and friendly, always available for questions and updates. Price was very competitive. We were very pleased with the job and with the company and would highly recommend as we did recommend within our neighborhood!

Matt and Jim are amazing contractors and run a great company. On the administrative end they were very prompt with their communications, helped walk us through design options for both our shingles and new gutters, were easy to work with and quickly worked us into their schedule. During the roofing replacement, their whole team was professional, efficiently removed our old roof and properly installed a new one (~38 square) in two days, and then did a really thorough clean up to help ensure our little ones didn’t accidentally step on a stray nail. The new roof and gutters look great and would highly recommend working with JMS to anyone.

JMS did a wonderful job inspecting my roof and gutters. Jim explained what he was seeing as he inspected, and was able to help me understand what my roofs issues were. I had other quotes done, and JMS was definitely the best price for the job. Both the roofing crew and the gutter crew were on time, professional, courteous, and above all else they worked very clean. There is no doubt I would hire JMS again!

JMS Home Remodeling did a great job and very satisfied with the work that was done to my home. Matt and Jim of JMS Home Remodeling were great to work with from explaining the entire scope of the project, answering the many questions myself and my wife had to providing updates while the project was in motion. Lastly, their crew was a well oiled machine that worked very diligently and had excellent craftsmanship.

We had about a half dozen quotes, including an Amish guy from Lancaster. Most of the other salesmen that came out made such a big deal over the "options", but in reality, a certified installation is pretty straight forward. We even had one salesman try the line "for you, just for today, we'll give you this special price". Another reduced their quote by 37% after we told them their price was high, but the new price was still 50% higher than Jim and Matt quoted. Another wouldn't even talk to us unless we committed to having more than 1-1/2 hours to go over their sales pitch... its just a roof! Jim was here with the crew the entire time during installation, making sure everything went well. Bottom line: great guys, great crew, fair price.

JMS Home Remodeling has done a great job on our roof. They are very professional, informative, prompt. They are upfront with all details and give suggestions that you may not have thought about. I would recommend them to others and have done so. We will be contacting them for future work as well. Siding and windows. Looking forward to working with them again.
