Jim Margerson sent one of his men with-in a few days to prepare the system for winter. He did a good job in removing the water from the system and cleaning up around the pump house. I will hire them to take care of our system.

Jim called the day after I submitted my request to Service Magic and Chuck, Andrew and Ryan created an 8'x11' pond in my backyard in just 2 days after that. Each gentleman took the time to answer any questions I had and they were thorough with explanations. Their work is excellent and they were considerate of the property. Even took off their shoes to work inside the pond as not to damage the liner. Thank You for a job well done! Certainly highly recommend their work to others!!
