We hired for a one time deep clean of our 3 bedroom house, 2 bath house that also included kitchen, living and dining room. They responded quickly, came out on time, and were very quick. Most important they paid a lot of attention to detail - didn't skip one inch!! And super nice and easy to work with. Great company would highly recommend.

Gilbert and Leona were great right from the start with my initial phone call to them. Very professional in all aspects of the process. We hired them to clean out a home that belonged to my husband's elderly aunt who had passed away. The home was very much in need of a "good cleaning". Gilbert and Leona did a wonderful job of cleaning the home in preparation of selling the home. My husband and I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again if needed in the future.

The two owners arrived a few minutes early, with all the necessary equipment and gear, and wore foot coverings, masks - took every step to minimize their own "footprint" while cleaning - it was extremely professional. Had a chance to talk with one of the two while they were cleaning as I was doing work downstairs - he was very polite, educated, and really knew his stuff about his business. They did an incredibly thorough job, cleaning in every little corner and edge before setting up to leave. This is our second time with them, and we'll be scheduling again with them soon.

Gilbert was right on time, they both wore a mask and worked diligently to clean every inch of my home. They were respectful, courteous and did a fantastic job. This was my personal home, but I will use them in the future for all my real estate customers. His work was detailed and I appreciated all the efforts. I have used other companies, but by far, this was the best.

FIrst - We highly recommend to anyone looking for help with cleaning. Very, very highly. Professional, friendly, incredibly thorough and detail oriented. Amazing work done. Both the owner and his partner were here, and they did an incredible job. We'd gotten behind on the cleaning during quarantine (two kids, and both "essential workers", *bleh*. 60hrs a week - so it's a choice between do things with the kids, or do more than "quick wipe down" cleaning. Thanks COVID.) They did an amazing job - the house looks like when we first started living here, back when we could actually spend weekends cleaning and doing chores. (Okay, actually it looks better...our teenage daughter's room didn't look that clean for more than ten minutes after she finished unpacking.) Will definitely be emailing to inquire about at least once a month.

I simply cannot emphasize how kind, wonderful, experienced, affordable, and thorough this business is!! Not only did they make our old home look like new again for the brand new owner, but they tackled two specific jobs that we never expected. First, they got out a rust stain on the tub that I had NEVER been able to remove despite my best efforts, AND they completely restored our hardwood floors after the area rug padding was pulled up and left behind a crusty glue-like substance!! They literally scraped an entire 8x10 area and made it shine like new. THANK YOU!! Also, I must say that the email communication was the BEST!! Constant reassurance and quickly answering any concerns. This was unexpected because I know they are in such high demand (quality and price) that I expected this "mom and pop" shop to not be as attentive. Boy was I wrong. Bottom line: A MUST HIRE!! A+ WORK, A+ PROFESSIONALISM, COVID- CONSCIOUS (masks on at all times) AND SUPER FRIENDLY!! THANK YOU G&L Cleaning Services, LLC!!!

They seemed great at first--good reviews, willingness to pull out appliances and clean underneath/behind as required by my landlord. From early on, however, the company did not give a professional vibe. Gilbert said he would call me back with an appointment time and never did. When I reached out again, I got a time commitment. I had him confirm the time and quote via email. Day of, I sent the list of requirements, information on how to get in, etc. I never heard from him. I emailed and texted an hour after they were supposed to be at the apartment cleaning and got no response. The next morning I finally got an email response saying no, they did not show up as committed and, actually, the quote needed to be revised up! Gilbert apologized for the inconvenience, but it was incredibly unprofessional to just not show up, not call, text, nothing. I gave them the chance to come that day or the next to do the cleaning job as promised. I got no response again. Finally, the next day, Gilbert emails that they can maybe come that afternoon, but they have a full day of work. By the time I got the email, we were already cleaning the apartment ourselves. They seem to have been victim of their own success as they are too busy to handle the amount of work they are doing, but it's totally unprofessional to commit to someone and leave them hanging. Better not to commit at all. Bottom line: unreliable service.
