Description of Work: Mr. Mascaro has always been reliable,on time and always has good suggestions for maintaining our heater and air conditioner. The work he has done for us has run the gambit from major to miner repairs and maintenance,and we were always well satisfied with his service.It's so great to have someone like Mr. Mascaro to depend on, trust worthy and honest.We highly recommend his service. + -1 moreFrancis and his partner Ken showed up on time for their scheduled appointment and had everything fixed up in about hour. Everything went well and they left the place the way they found it (no messes to clean up). I have been using Francis's service for a number of years after our previous service provider went out of business. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I called Francis J Mascaro to come fix and service my HVAC system. The heater was only kicking on intermediately and it was time for my semi annual maintenance so I called and scheduled an appointment for service. They came in an diagnosed system and replaced gas heat sensor that was starting to go bad that was causing the intermittent cycling of system. They also changed both filters for the air handler and humidifier.
