DiMenna Brothers Painting and Pressure Washing

When we called for an estimate, Bob was extremely responsive and came by on a weekend to provide the estimate and discuss the project. We needed the job done by Labor Day weekend and were concerned because painters are generally very busy during the summer months with exterior painting. Bob explained that they were quite busy but if we were flexible to allow half days and/or weekends he thought they could make it work. We agreed and said that would be no problem. They started the work on July 26th and completed everything on August 4th. The quality of the work was outstanding! They repaired numerous spots on the wall along the stairway and in they laundry room. Bob was prompt and always showed up when he indicated. The work was done over a number of half days but whenever they were done for the day, the entire area was cleaned up and left spotless. There was never an issue with the cleanliness of the work area. The work done is outstanding! We definitely plan to use them again for more painting both inside and outside. Bob did an outstanding job and we will definitely use him again.

The project was to power wash and stain a deck that had not received any attention in several years. Bob returned our call promptly and came out to give us an estimate. We agreed on a price. Bob was upfront about his schedule and we were able to arrive at a time frame that was acceptable to both parties. In all our dealings with Bob, he arrived when he said he would and provided the services that he committed to. He did an excellent job that exactly met our expectations and needs. He was helpful in giving us advice on maintenance and potential future care. Bob is an experienced professional and that is the way that he conducts his business. When we have future painting needs, we will not hesitate to contact him.

As always, he is punctual; professional; does a wonderful job and leaves the place spotless. He completes a project in 8 hrs when it would take me three days (and definitely not look as nice). We have several more painting projects and will be calling Bob again.

This is not the first nor will it be the last time we call Bob DiMenna. He is responsive; meticulous, customer focused at all times -always assuring that the date; time is convenient to begin job. Our siding especially on second level needed attention. Bob really did a great job of powerwashing both levels. Looks like new......will be an annual event............. Will be calling him for staining deck in the fall.

What can I say. This is the third time we have had Bob come to our house to do painting. The woodwork needed lots of scraping/sanding/patching. He was responsive; professional; spotless and very meticulous. The final product looks awesome and now we are able to enjoy the outside while being inside on rainy days. Have recommended him to friends and will definitely be calling him again. Just a really nice guy who is very conscientious(sic) about his work. Very open and honest and gave suggestions on what to do.

Beginning with his prompt response to my request for a quote, Bob was courteous, helpful and professional. He returned all emails and phone calls in a timely fashion and flexibly scheduled the work within days of our initial communication. Bob carefully laid dropcloths and discreetly completed the work despite my family being home much of the time. The job looks very professional -I couldn't be happier with the results.

Bob was great friendly and responsive. I wanted to get our home cleaned up prior to my son's graduation party but unfortunately never made the call until about two weeks prior. Bob was able to come out same day to give me a quote. Even though it was a busy time, he managed to fit the job in in the next few days so that it was done well before the graduation party. It was amazing how well the siding cleaned up. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

Bob was prompt and the house looks like new. After a tough winter we had lots of green growing from the moist winter. I had never seen the house look so green. After the powerwashing it is all gone and looks terrific. I never would have guessed it would all come off. He was very thorough and made sure we were happy with the work. Bob was very responsive. There were some stains on the deck which he removed. The deck looks like new. He also power washed my siding. There were grass stains and dirt. You would never know they were there after he finished. He was very professional and nice. A very hard worker. I would highly recommend

Bob was very quickly responsive to my initial call requesting an estimate; came out the next day. He gave what I thought was a very reasonable estimate, and was able to schedule the work to begin early the next week. He arrived precisely on time. He did all the work himself and worked very quickly and efficiently. Everything was done with high quality and looked great. Clean up was great (because he never made a mess in the first place!). A professional who clearly takes great pride in his work, and enjoys it too. Plus, Bob is a great guy, very pleasant, easy going, and fun to talk with if you can get him to take a coffee break. I would recommend him 100% "A number 1!".

They came on time and the work done was excellent. All stains are gone with the power wash and the house looks like new! The interior paint done in the past was beautiful and has held up well. I have seen the good work they have done on decks and exterior painting for neighbors; this led me to have them paint and later power wash our home. They are very professional, experienced and relate well to us.

The interior walls of our home were in dire need of repair. Our house had settled quite a bit, so there were several cracks and dozens of nail holes that had popped through. . I called 4 contractors and was not happy with any of them. They all took over a week to get back to me and their estimates were way out of my price range. Then I found DiMenna Brothers. I called and left a message. Within an HOUR, Bob DiMenna called me back. In speaking with him I found out that he has over 30 years experience, not only in interior and exterior painting, but also pressure washing. He came out the next day to give me an estimate and needless to say, I was VERY happy with his quote. We arranged for him to come out 3 days later. He showed up on time. Was courteous; helpful; professional and extremely easy to work with. The cracks and nail holes needed more work than we had thought, however, he did not charge me for the extra time. I would highly recommend DiMenna Brothers. (They also came out and pressured washed our home). I'll leave that review under pressure washing, however, we could not be happier!!!!!!!!

We have a 3 story colonial in Collegeville. To say it was filthy would be an understatement. The house only gets partial sun on two sides. Our light yellow vinyl siding was almost olive green at this point. I had gotten whole house estimates in the past, but we simply could not see spending $2000.00 for power washing. Then I found DiMenna Brothers. Bob DiMenna did some interior painting for us (EXCELLENT JOB) and while he was here, I mentioned that I wanted to get our house power washed. He gave me an extimate that day. Our house has NEVER looked this good. It is immaculate!!!! I was AMAZED!!!! Again, Bob was on time. He was courteous in letting me know that he was here and helped me close all the windows and doors. He moved all of our outdoor furniture so that it would not get sprayed on or harmed in any way. DiMenna Brothers are the most professional, reasonable and highly skilled contractors that I've ever encountered. And, with over 30 years experience, I have no doubt that they will be the only ones to work on our home in the future!!!!!
