I had contacted Bob to come out to pressure wash the front and back of my townhouse. He came out to do the work quickly, within a day or so of contacting him and the work was very well done. All of the moss on the vinyl siding was removed and it was left clean and sparkling. He also pressure washed my front patio and he even went the extra mile and did my walkway and some of my sidewalk. The porch and sidewalk look almost like new. It was a great job overall and did not require me to be at home.

Bob did a really terrific job on many levels. While deciding on the initial approach and colors, Bob was very helpful in choosing what might work, then going through a couple rounds of doing test areas to be sure I was 100% happy before just pressing ahead. That really made the process much better because I did change the paint color once seeing it on the shutters. I should note that my home is set up to be fully accessible and Bob, throughout the process worked extremely diligently to be sure that all his work would never obstruct my required access and was happy to establish a schedule that did not get in either of our way's. .. I've worked with probably 6-8 painters and folks in this same general field over the years and by a very large margin, Bob was the best among them. Bob is truly of the old school craftsmen who take pride in their work and he believes that his work represents his own character. Bob repeatedly made the point that he completely stands behind his work and wants to be sure that I was 100% pleased. .. Because of the size of the job, Bob also volunteered to take care of a couple extra things for me. The best to note here is the cleaning and staining of my 6 top teak patio table. The table is about 6 years old was starting to look a bit weathered. Once the deck was stained it really stuck out like a sore thumb given how great the deck now looked. It not only bothered me but it also bothered Bob so he offered to clean and stain the table at no cost. Afterward it was a decision we were both almost too pleased with, it looked amazing. The premium stain on the teak looked sensational, and yes, a superlative here is deserved. .. A note on cost... You saw I gave Bob all A's other than price, which was a B. I did that because I wanted to make the point that if your just looking for a cheap quick job, Bob's not your guy. He does great work and he's a consummate pro of the old school as I noted, but Bob knows he delivers quality and expects fair compensation. Perhaps it was unfair to give Bob a B since I was so pleased. In the end I think I got a great job for a fair price, not a great job for a low price.. I hope I'm doing Bob a service here by helping dissuade customers looking for cut rate jobs, I really don't believe that's the Business Bob's in. .. Lastly, one always asks if you would recommend or use the provider again, and if answered honestly, probably the most telling questions. Well, I think I've clearly made the point that I recommend Bob highly. On the use again point, I already have. After our 1st snowfall in January my landscapers inadvertently used that horrible snow melt chemical on my drive and deck. That stuff should be outlawed based on how it literally gets everywhere and destroys any interior surface. I had to get all that chemical flushed away on an emergency basis. I called Bob and even though he'd already put away his pressure washer for the winter, he rushed over to my house and within a day had completely re-washed all my decking and drive to get rid of that hideous chemical... Bob is just a good guy and has made it clear that he's happy to help when needed... Really, what else could you ask from a provider. .. Bob's one of the good guys and has a permanent spot in my iPhone faves as one of my GoTo team.... ..

I had just done a renovation of the master bathroom with new tile, new bath and toilet, and new vanity. I was pressed for time as I was due to travel out of town for a family affair and wouldn't return for an extended period. The guys I was going to use didn't show as seems to be the case with companies not on Angies List. I had used Bob DiMenna about a year or so previously and he did a great job. So I called Bob and he came over and I explained my predicament. He said he could get it done in the next week or so and indicated repairing the drywall and seams was not a problem. I gave him a house key, and he completed the work in the next week or so. I came home about two months later and everything was great. The painting and wall repair was perfect. I wouldn't use anyone else to paint my house other than DiMenna Bros. Great job!

My wife and I had just purchased a house and prior to having the mover's move the furniture in we wanted to have the room that was going to be our daughter's painted because of some large, heavy, and hard to move furniture. We had lined up another painter through Angie's List but they ultimately had fallen through days before our move in date. Frantically we tried calling painters to see if anyone was able to paint our daughter's bedroom on short notice so that it would be done in time. We had a handful of responses but Bob from DiMenna Brothers gave us a sight unseen estimate below all of the other's and he said he could be out within an hour or two. We agreed and as he promised he showed up in an hour. We already had the paint and supplies that the previous painter had instructed us to purchase, however when Bob saw the amount of paint we had, he said it wasn't going to be enough to do two coats, and suggested we should go buy another gallon to enable him to paint two coats on (and sure enough, his estimate of needing the additional gallon was dead on). There had been some confusion about what exactly we had wanted. When he quoted us the price he wasn't aware that my daughter was planning on have 3 of the walls painted in one color, but a fourth painted in a different color. This makes the job more complicated and would typically end up making it cost more, however Bob refused to increase the price (although we ultimately decided to just do all the walls one color) saying that he didn't like it when people gave him one price then came and it turned out to be another price. As far as the actual painting, Bob was very quick and he did a great job - the room looks great! The lines are very straight and clean and crisp and I was impressed that he was doing a lot of them by hand without using tape in all of the areas and they still came out straight. He also explained that in a few areas he wasn't going to be able to do a straight line because the previous paint hadn't been put on straight and he was going to need to paint onto the window sill a bit in a few places to cover the older color. I appreciated him pointing this out to me and letting me know why he was doing that. While talking to Bob while he was here, I found out that he had actually left another job (where his brothers were still working) to run out to our house to try and help us out in a pinch. I was very grateful that he went out of his way to help us, and did more to fix the situation that the original painter had left us in than the original painter did. He even offered to help us move furniture if we needed any help in the future. Bob is a great guy who does great work. I recommend him to anyone looking to have anything painted and have it painted well.

Bob did a great job. He had to e get on a pretty steep roof to get to some of the hard to reach locations. He was on time and performed the work without interruption to our home schedule. He cleaned up after finished and everything looks great.

I hired DiMenna Bros. Painting & Pressure Washing to power wash my home's vinyl siding and paint the exterior woodwork. Bob DiMenna was very easy to work with. He returned my calls & e-mails promptly and was very clear about pricing and the scope of services offered. Bob finished the job as scheduled and the house looks great. My house hadn't been power washed in a few years and portions of the siding were pretty heavily covered by mold & algae. Bob got the house squeaky clean. He also did a great job painting the exterior porch posts and a decorative wooden sunburst on the outside of the home. He was very neat - no paint splatters and he put everything back that he needed to move to get the job done. I am very happy with the work he did and I felt his prices were reasonable. I would hire him again in the future.

Bob was great! He called me the day I inquired about his services and came out that afternoon for an estimate. On the day of the job he was here at sunrise and was working when I arrived. The house looks 100% better and I will definitely contact Bob again when it comes time to do some painting.

My house backs to woods and many trees, so there was plenty to be cleaned. The completed work looked great. Thank you for such a great job.

I had DiMenna Brothers Painting and Pressure Washing power wash my entire house and paint exterior window shutters, door and a medallion. One side of the house was completely covered with mildew and he removed all the mildew making it look brand new. Bob did an outstanding job of painting the shutters and door. He could not paint the medallion at first because it contained a birds nest with baby birds so he waited and came back to finish the job when the babies left the nest. Bob was punctual, courteous and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.Out of a scale of one to ten I would give him an eleven.

Bob came to my house Wednesday afternoon to give me a price. He brought with him a complete array of color samples and also picked up the paint, which saved me two trips to the paint store. I needed the wood frame around the door repainted, and the porch railing: 4 posts, top and bottom rails, and 29 lathe-turned balusters. The price was fair. He painted the next day, and did a beautiful job! I will not hesitate to call him for the interior painting I need.

It had been a few years since I last had this done, and the siding was dingy overall, while the shady side had considerable growth of algae. I should add that my house is on a rather steep slope, so on 2 sides it is somewhat precarious to work on. I was not present when Bob was working, but on my return I found it spotless! Windows look great too....and my doormat....I am entirely pleased with the outcome.

Bob is punctual, personable and professional. He is a perfectionist as evidenced by the fact that he considered declining additional work to preserve enough time to do the contracted work perfectly. After finishing the contracted work, he did have time to do the add-on, and did a superb job. I will definitely hire DiMenna Brothers in the future for power washing and will give top consideration to their bid on some upcoming indoor painting work.

Bob came over within a day to provide an estimate, and was able to complete the job the next day. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and my clean siding and driveway. I recommend Dimenna Brothers to other Angie List customers.

I read the great reviews of Bob here on Angie's List and called him up to power wash a section of our house which was egged. Bob was very friendly and responsive in getting back to me and actually came out the next day for not only an estimate, but he was ready to do the job right away. This was a tough job since the egg was on the house for 2+ months, so Bob first used a ladder and manually scrubbed the vinyl siding by hand and then power washed it as well. The job looks great and we will be using him for the full power wash of the house in the Spring. Keep in mind, he did all of this in a steady downpour of rain. Bob definitely went above and beyond and I highly recommend him!!!

I called for Bob and left a message on a Friday regarding a potential pressure washing job. Bob returned my phone call the same day. I texted him pictures of the portions of the house I wanted washed, he reviewed and called me back with an estimate, and we scheduled the appointment for Sunday. The intial phone call, estimate, and appointment all occurred within a few hours. He arrived on time and did a great job removing the algae and dirt and moss, taking his time to really scrub. I couldn't have been happier. He is a very pleasant man to work with. My house is holiday ready within 3 days of my initial phone call.

Bob was great! He arrived exactly as scheduled, was extremely helpful and friendly, and got the job done beautifully. We have three stories and a fourth floor deck and Bob was able to get every spot cleaner than I could have imagined. It was a tough job for sure. Response to my initial phone call was fast. Came and gave an estimate. Said would do the job in a week or a week and a half but came sooner than that so that he would be finished before roofers came to install a new roof. Everything looked great when he was finished. Siding was clean and also two little vinyl fences and our front porch. We were quite satisfied with the job.

Bob DiMenna returned my call the same day, quickly came out to look at our house, gave us a fair price and did a wonderful job for us. Our siding and stucco were discolored with mildew, moss and dirt. Now, the exterior of our house looks brand new. Bob also washed our slate patio, garage door and grill. When we start fixing up the interior, I'll call Bob for painting.
