Description of Work: I paid $188.00 for a service contract on my heating system and air conditioner after an initial service visit. My contract expires in April of 2016. I have phoned the company 6 times leaving messages with their paid answering service and e mailed them once, hoping to secure a service visit before the contract expires. Cool heat has failed to return the phone calls or e-mail and has completely dishonored the service contract, absconding with $188.00 and forcing me to pay another contractor to secure service. If this company is still in business, they are obviously dishonest and without any merit. I would strongly urge others not to do business with Cool Heat USA of Collegeville, PA.
