Description of Work: Repaired/flashed fireplace flue penetration in roof. Replaced a piece of siding that was not overlapped with the adjacent piece.

+ 1 moreProperly secured the vent and gave the three coats while balanced on a steeply pitch roof. (As I said above painters turned down the job.) Vent looks great!

Some of the work they do includes: - Roof repairs large and small - Gutter cleaning and repairs - Siding, Aluminum Caping The Phone number is 610 933 3343. email: joe@collegevilleconstruction.net Web site: http://www.collegevilleconstruction.com In my case Joe painted a decorative vent for me that could only be painted by standing on the highly pitched roof, something that local painters did not want to do as it was too dangerous and not worth their while. Also Joe noticed that the vent was loose and took the time and effort to properly secure it with screws without extra charge. He did all this at a very reasonable and fair price.
