Good end product, good price. Lacking in customer service, did not follow through with what they said

The job was done quickly and professionally. Someone from the office came to our house everyday to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I will hire CertaPro Painters of King of Prussia for my next project.

We have not yet had our work done, but the consult, communication and support has been amazing so far- very pleased.

We were still in Colorado when CertaPro painted the entire interior of our new house... floors, trim, doors, cabinets, the whole nine yards. They even took pictures, sent them to the office so the pictures could be sent to us! What a beautiful job! Kristie and Stephanie in the office and so sweet and helpful. John and John are great to work with. We would give 6 stars if we could!

Fast & professional. Cliff coordinated our project and went over & above to give us great results and Javier's team did a fantastic job!

They did a fantastic job in our sons bedroom, repairing drywall and sanding down and smoothing walls after we had removed old wallpaper ourselves. Fernando and his team were prompt, courteous and finished on time, as promised. They kept everything as clean as possible too. I have two more painting jobs we need done and won t hesitate to hire them again!!

The team patched cracks in living room ceiling & painted ceilings, walls, and trim throughout our house. They moved all furniture to paint & replaced everything when job was completed. The team members were very pleasant to work with! They were hard workers who accomplished a lot in 4 days! Their work was neatly done.They vacuumed & cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure to have them! We would highly recommend this skilled team! We were very happy with their work!

The workers were on time every day; entered our home in booties; and protected all of our newly sealed floors prior to starting any work. The crew was excellent and they did the work in a very professional and efficient manner. John, the owner, was very flexible in working with us. He adjusted immediately to the changes we made in the original scope of work. He worked with my wife to select good colors for the ceiling, walls, and trim. The rooms have been transformed into something new and bright. We are very happy with the work done by CertaPro of King of Prussia.

This second time in two months I used certa pro k of p and both projects included dry wall replacement and painting. The guys were polite, neat, knowledgeable. The drywall repair was seamless literally. They nicely gave me advice when I asked them a couple questions about some DIY stuff I was working on and helped me with a caulk job. A job well done...on time, courteous, detailed, and cleaned up...what more could you ask!

I am very pleased with the work done by CertaPro Painters. From the very beginning, they worked within our time schedule. We wanted 2 rooms painted before moving in with furniture and the second phase was to be done a few days after the furniture move. They were accommodating and able to get the work done on relatively short notice. The workers were very courteous and professional. At the end of the second phase, I noticed a problem with one area and called their production manager. He scheduled the painters for the very next day and the problem was corrected. In fact, the painters did not leave until the paint had dried and were positive we were happy with the entire job.

The work crew were very nice and eager to do a good job. I was impressed that a supervisor came out to inspect the job when completed.

Edwardo's group took great care with all the work they did ... .and double checked what they were doing through the whole job to insure that I was happy with the final product!

I was in a bind after being left high and dry by a local painter. John came out the same day as I called and Eduardo, his brother Angel and their team were there on Monday morning. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, were not intrusive and coordinated their work with others that were working in my home. I am over the moon happy with the results! They finished in the timeline they said they would be. Now I wish I wasn't selling my home! Not only is my interior beautiful but my deck looks brand new! You can't go wrong with using CertaPro!

Did an excellent job of making dark colors disappear and brighten up my walls. Very courteous and answered all my questions. Stayed late to finish the job so I can enjoy my new paint job.
