The price quoted was way more than I am prepared to pay at this time for the above work. However I did have another job they could do replacing a culvert across my gravel driveway. This required removing an iron pipe that had rusted thru' and was probably ready to collapse sometime in the coming year. Two men showed up on schedule and began the excavation. Later 4 more men showed with a dump truck load of gravel. The 4 immediately began helping the other two. I had to leave for about 2 hours. When I returned the job was completed and the new culvert was covered with gravel. If you want to call this a negative, the only one I would have is that the gravel was washed and clean. This meant there was no binder in it and it would remain loose. The next day I had an oil delivery and that truck left some very deep ruts. Fortunately I have a tractor and lots of land that I can dig up. I added a load of clay soil to the gravel. With the light rain we are currently having this will bind the gravel and I'll have the driveway I need.

They contacted me almost immediately and came out that evening. They were able to start the project the very next day at a very reasonable cost. They encountered additional issues during the demolition and took care of it on the fly and at no additional cost. Very courteous and hard working. Completed it just in time as we got heavy rain the very next day and the drainage system worked flawlessly. Definitely recommend!

The company repaired a crack in my poured concrete basement wall and fixed the French drain system, exterior door drain and sump pump container. They did an excellent job. The workmen were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and maintained a clean work environment. The work was completed within 2 days and I am very happy with the results.

i WOULD LIKED TO HAVE SOME ADVICE AS TO WHO WE COULD GET TO HELP MOVE ALL THE STUFF THAT HAD TO BE STACKED IN TO THE MIDDLE OF THE CELLAR SO THEY COULD DO THE WORK. THE EDGES OF THE CELLAR NEEDS TO DRY FOR ABOUT 30 BEFORE EVERY THING GETS MOVED BACK. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING THAT.

ALl company contacts were courteous and professional. They offered a 30 day guarantee which wasn't very reassuring to me. For what was done, I thought the cost was expensive.

We used BWS for a waterproofing system and mold remediation. The sales guy that came out was employing some of the scare tactics that you typically get from contractors that come out and bid. He certainly wasnt pushy but I could tell he was exaggerating the severity of our problem and pointed out black mold that we later found out was just the color of the walls and some was dryer dust from a previous owner. He talked about stiff penalties if we were to try to remediate ourselves and didnt do it right. This is why I always get multiple opinions. The other two mold guys that came in did not seem to think the situation was quite as severe. Nevertheless, we wanted all of the mold gone so we were going to have remediation done. BWS came in at a lofty price. Despite indicating that we wanted the bare minimum to treat the problem, their quote included certain features that we did not need. After a lot of haggling a holding out, we got them down to a very reasonable level that beat out the other quotes we got by quite a bit. I was a bit skeptical because the price was so low but we were on a tight budget so we went with them. Once we signed on, BWS was out to the house the following Monday. They had a crew of 6 guys come in and do all the waterproofing and mold remediation in one day. I was at work the whole day and they were wrapping up just as I got home. They gave me a quick run through when I got home as they were wrapping up. I signed the forms and gave them my check. Once they left, my wife and I went down to inspect and saw that there were certain aspects of the job that were quite sloppy. There was still very visible mold on a wooden partition that our heater is mounted to, there was still insulation in some parts of the ceiling, the vapor barrier was laid over a light switch and was sloppy in some places, a window was cracked that we were positive wasnt prior to the install, and they dumped left over stone and dirt into our beer garden which has river rock in it. I was pretty irate and was dumbfounded how they could have such good reviews online [KEEP READING]. The next day I stopped payment on our check and reached out to BWS customer service. I reported all of the issues with pictures of the problems and let them know that I stopped payment and would write the check again once everything was addressed. The customer service guy there set up a date for the guys to come back out and look at everything. Yesterday, the crew came out and took care of every little detail that I had mentioned to them. They threw out the rest of the insulation, cut and re-taped the vapor barrier better, scraped off the mold on the wood and painted it with mold encapsulating paint, and most of impressive of all, they hauled away the stone that they had dumped in my beer garden and replaced it with the exact same stone from the same vendor. They even soaked the stones in water to get the dirt and dust off. They let me withhold $250

Quick and professional, worked around our heavy exercise equipment and stacked our EVA tiles in the back yard so we could wipe them down ourselves and save extra labor expenses. We also had a drainage and sump installed so this isn't an issue in the future, looks great, waiting for serious rain to see what happens.
