They do quality work but they are very expensive. I had my crawl space encapsulated to remove and prevent mildew. It cost about $9,000 even with discount for total area encapsulation. I would still recommend them though.

This company was referred by Home Advisor--the job is done. However my basement floor is ruined. The sand & stone is imbedded in the floor. The company did not remove the mold from upper stairs--which I thought was included. I asked for their help in these 2 matters the response was "Not in the contract."

Hard working crew. Very neat & clean. Their system is good. Includes transferable lifetime warranty.

My experience with this company was wonderful from the phone call to request an estimate to the actual repair. Kirk came to our house to complete the estimate and was professional and had wonderful customer service. He was honest, personable concerned with our best interests. The two gentleman that arrived to repair the foundation were knowledgeable and professional. They were courteous of our home by covering the carpet before walking through the basement, removing all trash and cleaning the area after completing the work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for any future jobs!

they broke my water heater and I am still trying to get it to work right.

They have been here three times and the job is not done because they have ordered the wrong pieces of metal. The job even though not complete has been done very well They have kept the house clean and organized in so doing

The guys were great at removing the mold. A little careless with the tape removal on the plastic barrier and handling of decorations near the plastic barrier installation.

Basement Waterproofing Specialists were professionals in every way. They responded quickly to my request to check my basement to establish a plan to remedy my water issues. They remediated the issues is my 1350 sq. ft. basement in 2 1/2 days. A team of 5 men worked 11 to 12 hour days nonstop to get the project done. They were neat, informative, and vey efficient. It has now been a year since the installation and after several heavy rain storms and a lot of melting snow, we have not had one drop of rain in the basement. This includes the 4" of rain we received on June 30, 2015. I highly recommend them, Note: I checked 2 other companies before going with this company. All of the companies gave me a quote that I considered high. They all then offered me a lower price if they could do the job within 10 days. This seems to be their standard operating mode. BMS's price was in the middle of the 3 companies.

Everyone was amazing at BWS. From the main office to Addam, who performed the estimate and explained everything to me, to Mike and the team who performed the repairs. I cannot say enough good about everyone. They even worked with me when a sudden financial hardship came up in the middle of this. Amazing! I will absolutely recommend BWS to anyone who needs waterproofing, basement work, foundation repairs, or mold remediation. They are fantastic!

I'm sorry that I am unable to recommend this company to others. Although the quality of the work they completed was great and the workers were polite and always on time, they made two MAJOR errors on the job that put me at risk. They neglected to reinstall the hot water heater's exhaust pipe to the unit thus allowing carbon monoxide to escape into the house until I caught it two days later. When I did discover the error I went to open the basement windows and discovered they had cemented them shut! To their credit they acted on it quickly, without argument, and rectified the situation. It was a careless and dangerous mistake for a company that supposedly does this type of work on a daily basis, so I will not be referring them to others searching for these services.

They were ultra professional and courteous from start to finish - performed an awesome job and gave me better than expected results. They covered everything with plastic, even created a protective barrier against fine dust leading to my 2nd floor. i am very pleased with basement waterproofing specialists. i had several cracks in my basement. john came by my house for an estimate very prepared and listened to my concerns. he scheduled the project around when it was good for me. the crew was quick and polite. a few months later (after the winter season) i had to call them back for some finishing touches and they sent 2 people. chris and mike did a really nice job. the walls both inside and out looked very smooth. i just wish that i called them sooner!

The sales staff was very personable. I felt vey comfortable that they would do a good job before hiring them. The workers were all pros. I have nothing but praises for them. If I had one recommedation for them, its to use concrete stain for matching when repairing an existing stucco wall. Although pricey, and the repair is much lighter in color than the rest of the wall, I'm pleased with the finished product.
