BARTLETT PRO-SEAL

Initially went well, work was completed on schedule. But within the year cracks began appearing. We took pictures and went to the office to show them. They agreed this cracking should not be happening and said they would come out the next day to look. No one showed...we have called several times and have gone to the office THREE different times. Seems like once they have your money they just don't care about you anymore. We are continuing to reach out for service and will update my review if we ever get a response.

It went well. The outcome was beautiful. They also pulled out my concrete stoop at my side door, and replaced it with paver stones. The block looked very nice, but it settled over time. They came back out a year later and pulled them up to investigate. They chipped one of the blocks when they did, but they added some more material in the middle to help prevent further settling. The settling still persists, and now the stones are almost pulling away from each other. Another year later, and I want him to now seal my driveway and take another look at the pavers, but he won't return any of my attempts at contact. It's a real shame, considering the great experience with my driveway and the beautiful job they did with it. I even sent them to my mother for another large driveway tear-out/re-installation job. I'm disappointed, say the least.

Overall great experience from beginning to end. The owner was always there and available if we had any questions and he always communicated the process and timeline with us. Our new driveway has been fantastic and we no longer get water in the garage during heavy rains. The whole crew was hardworking and very knowledgable. His price could not be beat either!

All work was done as promised. Quality of work is excellent. We previously had drainage problems but contractor regraded front yard and driveway for proper water runoff and we no longer have drainage problems..

We got an estimate for $2000 for rebuilding our driveway which was in serious disrepair and very broken up. On my request, they provided us with three references for our area. I only spoke with one, and learned they were very satisfied with their driveway, done 2 years ago. A couple weeks later, while we were still deciding, Bartlett called and offered to do the driveway for $1800 since they were going to be in the neighborhood for another job, so we jumped at the chance. Driveway is straight, level, looks excellent, and clean-up was thorough.
