Description of Work: They came to check our sump pump that wasn't running. They showed me how to clean it and check it myself next time. Gave me some really good suggestions and information on how to take care of the sump pump. They were very informative!

Description of Work: They took my money but never provided the service. Took several tries to get a hold of them and they told me the description of the service was misleading. It really wasn't a sump pump tune up but an offer to fix the sump pump. They told me since my sump pump was working it was a waste of money for me but they never refunded my money!

Description of Work: We wanted to have our basement cleaned up because our kids do weight lifting in the basement. There was some mold on the walls. AJ Waterproofing cleaned up our junk and hauled away items we didn't want to keep. They cleaned the walls, patched the walls, and painted them with special paint to deter mold and mildew. They also cleaned the floors up. AJ and his staff were all very friendly and professional. We were very happy with the work they completed.

Description of Work: Tore out all paneling in basement. Took out drop ceiling. Also removed other items to be discarded. Installed French drain around basement perimeter. Installed sump pump. Was supposed to be water pressure back up pump and they installed a regular sump pump. Painted walls with waterproof paint. Hung plastic to create walk way in and out of house to keep dust way down. Have not had a water issue since they did the work. Basement was neat and clean when they left. Except for sump pump mix up, superior work.

Description of Work: They waterproofed my basement by digging french drains on 3 sides of the room and installing a sump pump in the corner. Very professional and personal. I believe in small crews like this one. The owner was there making sure everything went along according to schedule. Workers very able and knowledgeable. A very congenial crew. So far so good! It's only been a few days, but let's see what happens!

Description of Work: During heavy rain falls some water would accumulate on our basement floor. AJ inspected the basement and the out side of the house. He gave me several options to water proof the basement. He crew was very neat and efficient. I feel very confident that our issue has been resolved.

Description of Work: Waterproofed basement walls, repaired the well pipe to indoor equipment, jack hammered and poured concrete to even floor where original well equipment was installed. They did a great job! They also installed the initial French drain and sump pumps when we bought this home 19 years ago. Previously they waterproofed our first home over 25 years ago. Description of Work: AJ came to my place to inspect a water leak in the basement. He was very honest. He took time to explain different reasons why a water leak could happen in the basement. He inspected to make sure there were no cracks and since there wasn't anything needed to be done, he refused to take any payment towards driving down for an hour over to my place to give me an estimate. I was impressed with the way he explained how clean his previous jobs were. Unlike other companies came to provide estimate, AJ removed his shoes every time he had to come into the house. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for waterproofing their basement or repair.

Did an excellent job re-cementing the floor6. Did an excellent job cleaning up after (even cleaned the steps and basement door before they left)7. Was not pushy and did not pressure me for money or anything else8. Took the time to answer all of my questions I definitely recommend them. We have several quotes from other companies before we decided to go with AJ. Some of the other quotes were competitive in price but AJ clearly knew the business of french drains and I really liked that he was there during while the work was being done.
