Description of Work: I called these people for an estimate, they gave me an estimate over the phone, I advised them that I had 2 more estimates before I could make a decision. I would not be able to make a decision until Friday July 13, 2012. On Friday I received a confirmation of an appointment for Saturday, requesting me to accept the proposal and confirm the appointment. I never made an appointment, I told the sales woman, I would not make a decision until Friday once I had all three estimates. Now I am being harassed by their headquarters in Michigan, they keep sending me a cancelation invoice for $195.00. I never had an appointment, never accepted a proposal and now they have me in collections for $195.00 .STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!

Contacted Accredited Radon Mitigation to remediate radon so we can sell our house. Appt set for 12pm sharp on 5/30/12 and Accredited was aware I am self employed so promptness was important. I went to the house and was there at 11:30am when a technician Zachery called from Air Quality Control Management Systems and said he would not be at the house until 2:30-3pm at the earliest. I told Zachery that we had already set up with Accredited. He said he was Accredited but not allowed to use that name. RED FLAG. I told Zachery that I had my own customers scheduled for later in the day since the job was only supposed to take a few hours. He said he was most likely going to be at the home till about 6-7. I said I would try to reschedule my own clients but was unable to. Called Zachery twice leaving him voicemails but he did not call me. Called the rep that had set the appt who said there was a cancellation fee but based on the situation he would make sure I did not get charged the fee. I immediately got an email invoice from Ashley in Accounting. Called her and she was snippy and did not help me. Many attempts to speak with an executive with the company have gone unanswered. A manager called Mike finally talked to me and did nothing. Buyer Beware!!! I am being harassed for $195.00 cancellation fee and threats to ruin my credit. BUYER BEWARE.
