Description of Work: My gas hot water heater wasn't working. Chuck Mertes was able to diagnose the problem and fix it without having to replace the heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We will certainly be using their services in the future.

They did a great job. They did an excellent job. They did everything they said they would do, and they showed up when they said they would.

We replaced our old electric hot water heater with a new hybrid one. It was not an emergency replacement. Mr. Mertes and his assistant called before they arrived, arrived on time, were courteous, pleasant and efficient. They were incredibly neat considering that hot water heaters are messy and wet. I would/will use them again and will recommend them to others.

Had a problem at 8PM on Friday night when basement toilet backed up and sewage overflowed. Called emergency number and they were here within an hour. Came back on Saturday morning to complete the repair.
Description of Work: Repaired blocked main sewer line. Installed new main water shut off.
