"I hired a contractor. They were supposed to complete the job by June 30. I called them and talked to them several times. I was yelled at, screamed at, and disrespected. They would not follow the contract. They finally finish the job, but not to the specifications. They left me with a handicap ramp that was not completed. They told Code Enforcement they were not coming back. They washed their hands of it, so they left me with a handicap ramp that was not completed. They never called code enforcement. They said they did, so why did they not use the right size boards? poor quality wood. It is warped. They never water pressured it. It is unstable and now I have to pay somebody to tear it down and rebuild another ramp. I would not recommend these to anybody, and if they say they called Code Enforcement, do not believe them. They are not following the regulations of Code Enforcement. They are not doing what they need to do to keep you safe."
