+ 0 moreI so appreciated having Drew coordinate the various repairs we needed. The communication was great and the repairs got done well and in a reasonable timeframe.
Description of Work: We needed to have insulation and drywall reinstalled after mold remediation had been performed by another contractor. We also needed a garage door temporarily removed then reinstalled, gutters and gutter guards installed, windows caulked, a rotting window frame replaced, and a few other small handyman jobs done.

+ -1 moreExcellent service from Cope Home Repairs. I called with a tight, time-limited schedule. Drew, from Cope Home Repairs, accommodated my time schedule by coming on a Saturday afternoon. Drew shimmed a doorframe to hang a 34 inch door in a 34 1/2 inch wide opening. In addition, the door jamb stops that I had purchased would not work, so Drew manufactured jamb stops from stock he had in his trailer. Drew routed the jamb stops, mitered the corners, mortised the frame for the hinges and chiseled the frame for the lock-set latch. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Cope Home Repairs.
Description of Work: Shim and hang a 34 x 80 inch hollow core door in a 34 1/2 inch bathroom door opening.

+ 0 moreThey are wonderful. They are really great. They will come out and give you a quote. We have had them back several times to do repairs inside and outside the house, also to do home improvements and stuff like that. They are easy to work with and they clean up after themselves. They are very good about communicating and telling you what they are going to do including the pros and cons and working with you if they run into something that is unexpected. They are very very good. They have a Facebook page and the proprietors of the company are Drew and Tracey Cope. The owners are extremely honest and trustworthy and they really really know what they are doing.
Description of Work: We used Cope Home Repairs probably last fall for ceiling and wall repair around a shower and also putting in a new fan.
