W & J Frankland Builders

This is the second time we have worked with Wand J Frankland builders. They are professional, highly skilled, and very pleasant to work with. The work happens on time and on budget with professionals who become friends. The quality of the work is excellent! The men are respectful of my sleeping children and do their best to be quiet - as much as the job allows. When the children are awake and full of questions, the men are kind and patient. During our renovation, they framed in a kitchen, a powder room, and an office. The site was beautifully drywalled and finished. We did our own painting. They even had all the trim and doors delivered early so we could get them painted before installation. We ordered custom cabinets which Frankland guys installed beautifully. The Franklands were our liason with the cabinet people which helped keep things simple. Franklands also helped us with the granite selection and details with the countertop installation. Installing a kitchen is a complicated process, and the Franklands walked us through every step. Dave Frankland is a pleasure to work with. He simplifies complicated choices makes construction homeowner-proof. James Frankland is a highly skilled craftsman who delivers amazingly beautiful work. The other guys on the team are talented, pleasant to work with, and easy to have in your home.

They are highly professional. They do excellent, solid work at a good, reasonable price. They are reliable and dependable. They do what they say they are going to do. They are fun to work with too. The people they hire are of the same ilke. They are very careful about who they hire and they are also highly professional. This is a family business and they are just the best. I wouldn't go with anyone else, my whole family speaks highly of them.
