+ 0 moreI was shocked to discover the company wanted $150.00 to provide an estimate! Are you serious? I never heard of someone paying such a fee to estimate the cost of work to be performed. They must have a lot of work to be able to operate like that. Ok, let me get back to you........not.
Description of Work: I called to inquire about their Eco-drain systems. I asked if someone could come out to provide an estimate for the proposed work.

Description of Work: We have a water feature that has leaked since installed almost 2 years ago and that company could never find the problem and never stood behind their work. Turpin Landscaping located the issue (the liner was not properly secured and slid down) in minutes. They cleaned the pond, fixed the leak, and re-located the pump for the fountain in the skimmer box, next to the pump for the waterfall. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I plan to continue using them to service the pond in the future.

The design was lovely, and it turned out so much nicer than we had envisioned The first few days of operating the pond we had a problem with the skimmer box emptying and Chris came out twice to troubleshoot. He was very responsive and reassured us that they would find the problem and correct it. They did. Pond is running fine now, and we love it!
Description of Work: We hired Turpin to install a fish pond in our patio area with a small water fall and rocks and plants.
