This agency is a mess. Their agent Kathy O'Doherty had some type of drama nearly every day during the 8 weeks we were under contract with her client. Her phone didn't work, her email didn't work, she had deaths in the family, she had out of town visitors, she had actually told my agent one day that she couldn't send over documents because she had to go grocery shopping... She inadvertently copied me on an email where she was writing her to clients derogatory comments about me. She would call my agent insisting on the mortgage documents when she knew we couldn't get our mortgage confirmed until all of the tests and repairs were done - all the while she wasn't pushing her clients to get things done timely. At closing SHE showed up with an attorney to protect herself and not at the request of her client. SHE thought it would be in her clients best interest to represented by counsel because SHE knew what a poor job she had done ensuring all of the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. What a shame for her clients - any commission she made was too much.
