My first time using Angie's List, our second try for our emergency need was this A-rated with Angie's List coupon Gallagher's truly honest, quick, professionals who helped us short notice and didn't even charge-- "It was on my way home," said Jim Gallagher, though their office is not in the area. And instead of the "$500 or less" estimate by a company our tenant said the Township referred to as "the only septic service you can use here." Instead, Robin at Gallagher's end-of-day help included lower phone estimate "average $235, minus Angie's List coupon" and on his super timely inspection, Jim educated/advised tenant and later called landlord at 7:30PM--"No charge"! Gallagher's the one to call. :)

This company is very professional and easy to work with. Their office staff are motivated and willing to help you and they are just all around nice. The company keeps all promises made and are responsive when you contact their main office. I liked them so well I have created an automatic service schedule so that all septic tank maintenance is handled for my property. I highly recommend this company and their services.

When the septic alarm went off the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend (and three days after my house was listed for sale), I panicked and called J. Gallagher's number to leave a message. To my delight, I reached a human voice from an answering service and within the hour, received a return call from Jim on his cell phone. His tech came out that afternoon to begin diagnosing the problem. Receiving such personalized care was very comforting! Over the course of that week, Jim and Tom worked hard (in the June heat!) to figure out the issue and decided the pump had failed. Unfortunately, I learned that a failed pump is not an easy fix and is very expensive. Since work needed to be done on the pump, I also had Jim fix baffles inside the tank (requiring tank entry) and had risers added to the two existing tanks for future ease of access. My technician, Tom, did great work on the tank repairs and left the yard in great shape, even seeding for new grass. I felt very confident that potential buyers of the house would have a "like new" system in place and that septic inspections would pass with flying colors:)

It was wonderful. Their pricing was good. They were prompt and very informative. Jim spent a lot of time talking with me and explaining. Nothing bad about them at all. It was all good.

Jim finished the project quickly and efficiently. He finished the project ahead of schedule. The work was top quality and there was never any time that I felt the process was out of my control.

I have used this company for the last several years. I called on Monday to schedule a time to have my system pumped. They were able to get it on their schedule for Wednesday. The young man arrived mid-morning and went right to work. He talked to me about my system (It is old and has issues, but there is little or nothing that can be done with it currently) so that I was aware of options. He was pleasant and professional. This company has always given outstanding service to their customers from the office staff to the drivers. The owner goes above and beyond to help solve any problems that you might have. You can call this company with confidence.

Septic tanked hadn't been pumped in years. They showed up on time (actually worked with me for a last minute scheduling change) and told me all extras that could happen up front (none of them were necessary). Very easy to work with.

Returned initial call promptly, showed up on schedule, price was as quoted. Gave us a complete report on septic system's condition. Overall, a completely satisfactory experience. We will use Jim again for our next service.

Experience was excellent from start to finish. My initial phone call was returned promptly, all my questions were answered, and the date for service was established. As promised, I received a phone call the night before to let me know the exact time the next day. The truck arrived a bit early and the procedure was explained before beginning. Again all questions were answered and I am now on their schedule to be reminded the next time service should be performed.

HE WAS GREAT. CAME WHEN HE SAID, QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, COMPLETED THE REPAIR WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION AND LEFT THE YARD IN GOOD CONDITION, INCLUDING SEEDING THE AREAS HE HAD TO DIG UP. HE EVEN WAS PATIENT ENOUGH TO ALLOW MY 4 YEAR OLD TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON, IN A SAFE AND CONTROLLED MANNER.
