DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is a great company to do business with. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Everything was left neat and clean after the installation was complete. The men wore masks and were very careful to follow COVID 19 guidelines. They put down protective covers over all floors and carpets. The two men who came worked well together and were very considerate of our needs and answered all our questions. The owner of the company followed up with a call, the next day to see if everything is working to our satisfaction. They also planned to come out in a few weeks to check to make sure the unit is working properly and answer any questions we have on the new unit. They helped set up our new WIFI thermostats with our cell phones. We love being able to adjust the thermostat while we are away from home so the house is comfortable when we return. Just a very pleasant experience. We feel we have purchased a quality, reliable, and professionally installed system that will save us money and last us for years to come. The salesperson (owner) was very helpful, knowledgeable and helped us choose an HVAC unit that met all our needs, at a fair and reasonable price, and that is much quieter unit then what we had before. We saw their new commercial on TV last night. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a new HVAC System or needing repairs. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

I had used different companies in the past but I called them because the last company I used couldn't come out, as I needed service right away. They installed a new heat pump for me. The entire experience was great. From initial consultation to install. I would definitely recommend their company.
