+ -1 moreTim came to my home and did a repair for me which none of the other three A rated companies whose names Angie's List gave me would do. The repair involved cutting and sanding a small piece of wood to exact dimensions including a curved edge, coloring the piece to match the surrounding wood, gluing it in place and tweaking the color to perfect. Because of his extensive experience, skill and talent he knew this could be done at my home with tools and supplies that he could bring with him. He also has a vast store of knowledge of furniture which he is willing to share to help the customer learn about their furnishings. He has done repairs for me in my home on two occasions and both have been excellent experiences!
Description of Work: They repaired an antique, wooden clock for me.

+ -1 moreThe owner was very meticulous. They did a beautiful job. They were good to notice marks that were there on our furniture that we didn't initially find. We had asked them to look at the furniture and they were good at finding a couple of things that we had overlooked. They were terrific about giving us advice about how to care for the furniture. They suggested a polish to be used to clean and shine some of our fine woods as well.
