I've tried to work with Jeff over this for the entire summer, I gave him every possible chance to fulfill his promises and commitments and he disappointed again and again. I told him i was going to post on any venue i could to warn people of his horrible customer service. They installed a pool for us in May, jeff was very good at making promises and selling the product, but as for delivering on his word, it was a battle through the whole thing. To top it off when everything was said and done, our pool light that we bought with the purchase of the pool broke after one day. We called jeff, it took 2 weeks , and about 10 phone calls to him (as he did not return our calls, we had to keep calling him) for him to get us a 'part to fix the light' - so he came to our houses, put the new part on, and it still did not work. He said he would contact the manufacturer and get a new light for us. We followed up again and again and again, then it came to "wait until the summer is over," when you close the pool he would reimburse us for the defective light. We complied, because he had said that otherwise we have to drain the pool below the filter lines/holes in the pool to remove the light. When summer was over we removed the light, put it back in it's original packaging and tried to contact Jeff to return the light and get reimbursed. We had no luck contacting him, or any return calls from him. The season is over, and his store is closesd for the season - we've still left messages. Nothing. Do not TRUST THIS COMPANY.
